Shinhwa's Comeback After 4-Year Hiatus :]

This is the first time I'm writing a blog on AFF, please don't bash!

Well first of all, I just found out about Shinhwa several weeks before their debut, "Venus," and I can't help but just completely fall for them :D.

I'm sure all of us Kpop fans have somewhat heard of Shinhwa, whether it was just a simple glance at an article or news report, or just a brief mention from someone you know. Well, for me, I first found out about them years ago, but because I didn't know Shinhwa, (Okay, this is really hard for me to say...) Let's just say... I didn't really bother at all to look into their music in the past, which is something I regret so much. However, ever since I read about them in circulating news articles, 99% of me just kind of fell for them (Not just glancing, but actually reading the articles of them)---This is totally not normal. A 15 year old girl fangirling over an idol in their 30s....LOL.

In the past, I used to like all the young idol groups such as SNSD, Suju, Kara, Beast, SHINee, Infinite, DBSK (Yes, from my POV.), BIGBANG, etc. (The older generation, but as old as Shinhwa.)

And then, you know.... I used to give so much respect to the new rookie groups (ExoK, ExoM, Nu'est, Spica, C-Real, AA, Spica, Chocolat, Teen Top, Boyfriend, etc.) Honestly, I don't even know many new rookie groupsthat keep on debuting and appearing. And do you know what I extremely despise? The fact that everybody calls Shinhwa old. To be honest, yes, they've all done their military service, and they've all matured a lot over the past 14 years. But you know what? The way I see it, the kpop groups these days are too young. Heck, they haven't even finished high school. And I've been stalking Shinhwa's old videos/varietyprograms/music these days, and I noticed something when I was watching Andy (Shinhwa) in the show, We Got Married, that he was on. The thing that really stood about to me was how they were insisting that Kim Hyun Joong was young ...Before, I probably wouldn't have thought that, but now, I feel as if most of the idols/actors/actresses on WGM were in their ...30s? and at the time, KHJ was in his 20s... What a big .

But you do know that I actually didn't consider KHJ young... After all, there are sooo many new rookies nowadays debuting in their teens. Geez. If it was in the older generation of Kpop, when you were that young, you would be a trainee!

It's not that I don't give respect to the rookies, but I felt sorry for the older generation (H.O.T, G.O.D, Shinhwa,  Baby VOX, S.E.S.... Okay, that's a lot of acronyms, haha.), because I never looked much into them or even cared about who they were. But now-- I'm a Shinhwa Changjo~~ kekeke^^

Anyways, you might disagree with me, since ..Uh, I am kinda biased. But the main point is:
Shinhwa has been the longest running Kpop Idol group that has never gone through replacements or disbandments, and they are truly the idols I look up to, and the idols who began/started the whole KPOP industry.

This kind of sounds like a rant, but I got really tired of reading comments everywhere, such as: "They're so old." "Aish, these ajusshis." or "They copied Nu'est's Face...'

DUDEEEEEE. They debuted WAY before all these kpop rookies that just got into the kpop industry for only a few years-- or few months even. If you put it that way, then all these kpop idol groups are copying them, because Shinhwa was the one that gave inspirationt to them in the first place. And the only reason I keep mentioning Shinhwa is because they stand out more than the ones such as Baby VOX, SES, GOD, HOT, etc.

They have proven to me that it is possible to have such a strong bond (14 years! Geez.) That's something extremely hard to odo, and the thing I like about them even more is that they returned after a 4 year hiatus, and their promise to their fans wasn't broken. (Ha. In your face, Amy. Who says Shinhwa is a liar? http://www.allkpop.com/2009/07/why_did_amy_lie)

And the reason they came back wasn't to prove that they could win over the rookie idols or anything. It was just because they promised their fans 4 years ago, that they would be back. I remember the last thing they said to the fans at their last concert before their hiatus--- "You (Fans) all know that Shinhwa doesn't break our promise. So please wait for us." Omo, it was just too touching, even I teared up when I went and looked at their old videos.

Well, that's all I've got to say. heartSPREAD THE LOVE . SHINHWACHANGJO 4EVER~

Here's a video that touched me so much. Fans that have been with Shinhwa for the past 14 years. (1998 - present.) BTW, just wanted to point this out--I was 1 years old when Shinhwa first debuted:) Ah, so hard to believe, but they must have went through so much. 14 years is a long time. After all, I'm 14! HEHE.

And honestly, I feel really weird, because I really like/admire Shinhwa so much that if I go and tell it to my friends or family, they'll just think I'm weird and go, "Oh please, it's JUST another kpop idol group that isn't even attractive.) Ugh, it makes me so mad when they don't care a single bit about what I'm saying, and then they go on and on about how they think this and this kpop idol is so cute or so hot.
