Disappointment.

Hai everyone, it's Jessica! (:

By reading the title, you probably already noticed what this blog'll be about--my disapointment.

Recently, an allkpop article released information about an SMTOWN LIVE concert being held in places worldwide.

One of the places--could you imagine it--was in LA. LA is not too far from where I live.

Roughly about 2 1/2 hours driving.

My best friend and I got so excited. We HAD to get the tickets.

When was the last time Super Junior was going to be together like this performing?

I know, they're already missing some members, but if we wait any longer, more and more will be gone.

We could NOT miss this chance.

From already knowing we wanted to go to Korea one day, we'd been saving up since last year.

In total, we had about $230, and that was enough to buy our own tickets.

Both of our parents gave us permission to go.

Everything was set.

Tickets were being sold online at 5 the next day and all we had to do was wait.

The following day, I went over to her house.

Her parents were going to buy the tickets with their credit card and we'd pay the money back.

We spent the whole day spazzing and getting excited for SMTOWN.

This was the second time we'd planned on going to a concert, even though the first time was cancelled.

As soon as her dad got home, she ran to him, asking for his credit card.

He thought about it for a moment, then told her no.

He said that her grades weren't enough and that she didn't deserve it.

"I give and give and give, and what do I get? Nothing. Not good grades, not good behavior..." I heard him say.

My mood dropped below comphrension level.

Our second planned concert...ruined.

I didn't want to blame it all on her for it, but she should take most of it.

Everything was already all figured out, but it was just that one thing that she couldn't just do: raise her grades.

I've known her since kindergarten.

She'd always had that slacker attitude.

Her parents had always scolded her about it, but she paid no mind.

Now that we're going to miss SMTOWN, she better start thinking about raising those grades.
