Please...

I just feel really sad right now and I need some help. If anyone can think of some way to make me feel better, then I would greatly appreciate it. I just feel like crying and I can't find any way to feel better.

My sactuary was tainted. My  place of hope and love -my temple - was trampled on, and I feel like my walls are crumbling. I can really feel everything falling apart around me. I don't need sympathy though: I need a distraction.

Can someone help me please.

watch kdramas/comedy/romance
read books
watch tv
oh something tht wuld get u distracted is watching scary movies XD but then in the end i get like freaked out and paranoid LOL
idk listening to music always calms me down ._. if not i watch shows to distract me

Distraction won't solve your problem though.
