In 2NE1, between Dara and Bom, I hate how Dara got everything Bom should’ve gotten.

During her pre-debut days, Bom got a role in the Anycall promotions with Lee Hyori and Lee Junki. There were massive promotions where Bom’s dancing skills were highlighted along with her singing. What did she get from that? A straight-up bashing from antis about her looks and how she would never be a star. Dara does a few damn commercials where all she has to do is act cute (Etude) or y (HiTE) and sing with a reliance on autotune (Kiss) and then everyone suddenly loves her.

From Bom’s pre-debut looks, anyone could see that she wasn’t the typical Korean beauty. For this, she got bashed again and again. One for the commercial and another for appearing with GD&TOP. The Korean public overlooked how beautifully she sang and how soulful her voice was, in favor of how Bom was stereotypically ugly. Dara, on the other hand, still has yet to prove that she is actually more than the stereotypical Korean beauty. Her singing? Please, just because people like her for her looks, doesn’t mean her singing gets any notice.

How would a person feel if their own home country hated them? Pretty damn ty, if you ask me. Not everyone can be strong and said,” you guys, I’m pretty the way I am” and move on with life. Bom wasn’t this type of girl. She got double-eyelid surgery, just to quell her haters. Now her haters just hate her even more. You didn’t like her when she was pretty. You don’t like her now. WHAT THE DO YOU WANT FROM HER? Not everyone can be born with the ideal features for a Korean person like Dara.

Despite the massive amount of haters and her lymph node syndrome, which has changed her voice, Bom still managed to become an idol. When she releases a single, it becomes a hit. It still doesn’t change what happened in the past. Bom was bashed continually for everything that she should’ve gotten praised for. Dara walks onto the scene, signed to YG as an actress, and suddenly becomes loved to en pieces because her looks were ideal.

People are just do damn superficial.

O-O all I have to say is this...Uhmmm okay,but two things in this are correct. 1. Bom in recieving haters, even though she really is trying to please them it's only so much a person can do. and 2. I really do wish that YG and other companies I.E modeling/commercial things would head Bom's way.

I really don't care for the bashing though, I love Dara as well, but for me my Bommie will be numero uno in my heart forever. Well for females.

Also I would like to say Dara works hard on what she does for singing. And I won't deny she is pretty and things. But I really no, I want Bom to do more things for herself also just like Dara. I mean I would be soooo happy for Bom to do what Dara does or even show up as a guest star on something. 

Also they are the Park sisters get over it I love the both of them, but I just slightly love Bom more. But none the less they are a great pair of best friends.

But it's life and I have to deal, but for now I will have my fixes on her older things she has done, wishing only the best for Bom.
