Hello readers and lovelies! As always, I like to keep you all updated on how I will post/write my stories, so I decided to lay everything out here on this blog post since this will be pinned on my profile for a long time — and I will explain why.

 

This semester is more busy than I anticipated. If I thought the 2023 summer semester was a lot, this semester is that times 5.

 

—It is literally the 2nd week of classes and I have done 50 assignments. I spent an entire day dedicated to tackling half of this pile of work (and have been dreaming about the material since. Good thing I love my major.)

 

School is my priority, and I am a workaholic so I am working hard to learn and do well in college. That brings me to the main point of this blog post: how I plan to update/write/post chapters for my BBH stories.

 

I probably won’t manage to post a chapter, let alone two chapters, every month. I say this because I am working on both Only Forever and H.I.S (Devour) at the same time.

 

My prime writing hours are between 12am and 4am. Despite how flexible my classes are, I cannot pull all-nighters all the time and still do all the adulting stuff I have to attend to on a daily basis.

 

Anyone who has read Six Phases probably remembers how I took 2-3 months to post chapters — but those chapters were between 9k to 20k+ long. I believe a chapter with that much content is worth the wait (plus I finally resigned myself to the fact that I am a slow writer like that. Quality over quantity.)

 

I’m not going on a hiatus. I write 500 words a day, but I have a lot of stuff to take care of outside of writing fanfics. So just know that I am writing even if I’m not posting anything for my ongoing stories for a while, okay?

 

Now that I’ve explained all that, I will also say this:

I’ll update this blog post every time I post something new.

 

If you check out the next page of this blog post, you will see a simple but efficient list that I will use to link every story chapter I manage to post.

 

Only Forever chapters get posted at the end of any month.

H.I.S (Devour chapters get posted at the beginning of any month.

 

I won’t be using my AFF feed for these long months, so feel free to check back here from time to time if you like!

PS: a few extra details for what I will be working on fanfic-wise.

1. Layouts. So many layouts. Might just recode and restyle of my story layouts here.
2. Along with my workload, I might reply to comments slower than ever before, but I made a promise to try to reply to every last one that exists so please keep that in mind.
3. I might get back into posting ty oneshots and drabbles again~ these things take up less brain power, after all.
