Positive. There is no strangers for Sihyun, almost everyone is bound to know her, even the invisible barrier of communication difficulty with foreign trainees in JYP cannot stop her enthusiasm in meeting new faces. In a room full of serious and uptight people, she will be the one to break the ice first. She's full of life and that will make people think if she ever get tired of anything.
Despite her dorkiness, others would not really easily discover's Sihyun's matureness. For someone so young, Sihyun has a really good head on her shoulders. Regardless of what people say, she wouldn't hide or change the way she present herself, she is she, she's Sihyun who is comfortable in her own skin, so everything.
Neutral. Aside from her charming smile and gentle face, Sihyun has a loud mouth, that fact alone destroys her 'demure' image. She talks a lot and if I said a lot, IT IS A LOT. Negative. On the dark side, Sihyun knows and everyone knows that she had issues in being stable, whether it's about a job, hobby, or a guy. She has a lot of energy, but that also makes her restless and get bored easily in staying in one place or whatever it is. To make it worst, she also had difficulty in making decisions, she only just let everything flow and follow whatever she wanted and then get troubled later.
If everyone thinks she's that patient, no it's not. Just like her motto, ' it,' if there's something irks her or see something annoying, she won't hesistate to convey her mockery or contempt in a sarcastic way. MOON SIHYUN is a problematic child born in abroad. Her parents are a bunch of love birds who are addicted to their everlasting honeymoon. After raising her for 13 years, Sihyun was left to the care of his uncle JYP. Maybe due to lack of attention from her own biological parents, Sihyun was prone to making troubles which stresses the hell out of JYP and his wife. Nevertheless, the newly married couple treated Sihyun as their own daughter.
She wasn't really spoiled, but JYP wanted to see her improve her stability. That's why he forced her to become an intern in JYP. However, it backfired on him. From marketing, to public relations, technical and even wardrobe. Sihyun didn't last very long, and instead, she worked on various department in rotation. They might see Sihyun in PR, and the next month, you'll see her coordinating outfits.
Fine then, JYP already accepted the fact that Sihyun LOVES to do any kinds of work. He just wished that she'll stay in JYP so he could keep an eye on her.

For him, Sihyun is a hopeless case. But Sihyun is his niece, so he doesn't mind raising another mouth to feed if she failed to find a stable job in the future.
Sihyun had worked as a stylist assistant in their team in the past and she gets along well with them due to their close . However, they also wished that Sihyun will never be assigned in styling again. Getting poked accidentally in the eye is enough. But having a crooked haircut from her is a no no.
Hyesun once saved her from burning Hyunjin's hair. She respects Hyesun as great co-worker who taught her the basic way of styling and not poking some eyeballs out.
Sihyun is liking Hwiae's vibe the moment she knew her. As someone who already experienced near death because of a burger. She doesn't really mind Hwiae's death threats and savage personality. She also like Han getting tormented by her.

Resting face doesn't work on Sihyun. She also had seen the kdramas where Yeoreum starred and Sihyun loved them. She will be really happy to meet her! Once she also knew her deeper, Sihyun's also excited to drag her to do some 'fun' things.

― ANNOYING BUG / These two had some unpleasant past that made Sihyun finally create this nickname for him.
THEIR TRAGIC PAST.
They were actually frenemies, then they ed then returned to becoming frenemies again. Why?
They had come a long way before they get into each other's pants. When Sihyun covered for their sick stylist before, Han was the frequent victim of her 'accidents.' Getting poked in the eye, ty make-up, ugly outfit and many more. Han can't even complain at first due to fear of offending a CEO's niece. Then finally, Han snapped and got angry, but instead of being offended. Sihyun joked that he was hot when angry.
"Hey, you're actually hot when you're angry."
That was the start of their . Even when Sihyun got bored of being stylist and transferred to another department. She still found a way to tease Han every time and make him flustered. Han was still annoyed by her... but he's liking it anyway, he's not really resistant to Sihyun's flirting. Until one fateful night, whereas everyone was drinking in JYP's year end party.
The two finally gave in to each other.
The feeling? It . Really, that was their first time, and they had no idea how to *toot* properly. Watching videos are much different in real life.

Sihyun and the boys is still seeing each other, of course they're in the same company. They knew about Sihyun's and Han's 'relationship' but it was not really clear to them It was obvious that is something going on between the two of them and they can't point out if they are genuinely friends who are annoying each other or they are clearly antagonizing one another.
For Sihyun, she didn't mind being friends, with a guy who she had a -night with, but that's not the case for Han. Sihyun was not a saint to endure Han's 'unfriendly' behavior every single time. So she always fought back by throwing not-so-secretly sarcastic remarks. That's why she like Hwiae right away, seeing Han being mentally tortured by her is such a pleasure.
Knowing that Hwiae is Han's gf, Sihyun would laugh her in that matter. Despite fighting, no one can deny that there's still some questionable tension between the two of them. Sometime's it's a stink eye, but sometimes it's more-than-that' eyes. Who knows what this two eyeing about.

THE FUTURE.
Character development is important nowawdays. So these two will probably reconciled as the time goes by. Han will slowly realized that moving on is a thing and some things are not just meant to be. Meanwhile, Sihyun will be more considerate of her actions, especially when it comes to romance. Since some people are not carefree just like here.

At the end, it won't be really clear what would be the status of their relationship. There would be tension, some angry-funny flirting, but no one knows. It's just ambigious. Will they date or not?
