Hello everyone, happy (belated) new year.

I truly hope that everyone has a wonderful year filled with health and happiness.

The holiday season, for me, is always filled with stress and never fails to worsen my already poor mental & physical health and thus I’ve been M.I.A during the last few months. I think the last time I updated one of my stories was back in October, possibly longer. I apologize for the radio silence on my part, but I just needed to step away.

It’s also been busy in my personal life, for various reasons, and so I just wasn’t able to be as active as I normally had been in the past. One of the major reasons being I was paired with my service dog, Inky, and so I’ve been working and training with him daily since he’s come home with me.

Though having a service dog doesn’t cure or fix everything, it’s certainly helped and I’m very blessed for Inky in my life. He’s truly amazing in every way and my heart is certainly happier having him join the family. My cats also adore him so that’s always a plus.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and wish everyone a happy new year. I also can’t wait for Baekhyun to be discharged from the military, it won’t be long now (I think he’s being released Feb. 5 ? ) I’m not sure when I’ll update next, I have been continually writing, albeit slowly, so it will happen but I can’t promise a timeline right now.

I also have a lot to catch up on, reading wise, and I will also do so when I’m able. I want to give genuine and thoughtful feedback on the stories I read and I know I’m not at a place where I can do that right now. But I haven’t forgotten or ditched them, that I promise.

So, I hope everyone has been doing well and that you have a safe, peaceful & healthy year ahead and I hope to talk with you again soon.
