well, jadelyn has a bubbly personality. a smile is often etched on her lips as she whistles or hums a god familiar tune. her jumpy state with occasional outbursts will always seem to brighten ones day, especially when aegyo is involved.

she has the capability in bringing joy to gloomy situations with how optimistic her values are. there are never days when a frown would paint on her face nor a day where a tear would stain her rosy cheek. jadelyn pretty much sees the good in every single thing, which in return, she tries her best to sway others into thinking so as well.

anyways, jadelyn is also very outgoing. being an extrovert, jadelyn is pretty flexible in making friends and has a good social status. jadelyn can randomly greet someone she hadn't talked to and not feel any sense of embarrassment from it.

Background:

jadelyn sim. the only daughter of the sim family and the only sister to two brothers. just the sound of her name might just bring chills down your spine. born in south korea, jadelyn and her family moved to brisbane, australia not long after due to their parents' job, and that's where the little, beautiful girl grew up and resided for the next fourteen years of her life.

jadelyn, like her older brothers, was unique in her own way. as cliche as this sounded, jadelyn wasn't like any girls her age. she was a ray of bubble who was treated as one of the boys. she preferred to be outdoors as she joked about with her guy friends. she loved the idea of playing basketball with her twin brother rather than being cooped up in her room, doing god knows what with her nails or clothes. she had more guy friends than girl friends but that didn't mean anything. literally everyone loved her, girl or boy, adult or child.

oh and did i forget to mention that jadelyn is a twin? yup, not only were the sim family blessed with a daughter on the cold evening of november 15, 2002, but they were also blessed with a handsome baby boy eight minutes after. thus, this makes jadelyn the older twin sister of jake sim, soon-to-be known as a member of enhypen.

age ten was when it became clear to jadelyn as to what she wanted to do in the future. the minute she upon the melodious song of k.will's please don't and the extravagant peformance of girl's generation's into the new world, jadelyn knew that performing might just her passion. she dreamt of standing up on stage, making the audience happy through her songs and smiles.

she managed to convince her parents to sign her up for dance and vocal classes, and spents long hours being cooped up in a built in studio, that her parents helped set up, just dancing her heart out or belting out any notes. jadelyn was passionate about it, to the extent where it was hard to get the female out of the studio for dinner or just for a good night rest at that.

nevertheless, one would always say that jadelyn was a natural talent. just like how many said that lionel messi was born to play football, jadelyn was born and bred to perform. her improvement and passion was just the cherry on top. it was no wonder that many thought that she could actually achieve her goals.

it stirred her parents up of course. their only daughter dreaming of travelling to korea at such a young age to pursue her dreams in becoming a kpop idol. it wasn't that they didn't support her, because they did. however, she was only ten years old. they would never allow their daughter live with expectations that she couldn't reach or achieve because they knew that the entertainment industry in their motherland might not be all rainbows and butterflies. the thought of allowing their only daughter in such industry scared them, which was why they told her "when you get older, maybe then you'll be allowed to audition"

and let me just tell you, jadelyn had never wished for the day to come. the day where her parents finally said, "you're old enough now, go chase after your dream". she remembered how she counted the days, months and even years for her to finally be one step closer to her dream. the same dream that she was so eager to pursue.

fortunately for her, the day actually came. she was fourteen and had managed to gain full trust of both her parents and older brother. albeit, no parents were not skeptical over the so called "auditions" that their only daughter attended. it was only natural for them to look out for jadelyn who was more than aware of her parents' worry. hence, she told her parents to follow her to korea for a month or two, to watch over her. to ensure that she was in safe hands whilst she studies and trains in korea if she was accepted to be a trainee.

and surprisingly, jadelyn was accepted into bighit entertainment after she submitted a video of her dancing and singing.

jadelyn and jake are awfully close. i mean, it's only natural for the two to be close to one another, seeing as they're twins. howbeit, the two rarely bicker, and even when they do bicker, it'll only just end in fits of laughter. being older, it was natural for jadelyn to be protetive. unlike the girl, her brother's more innocent and well, pure. he isn't as assertive nor bold like his twin sister. seeing this, jadelyn made it her life motive to be her twin brother's protector. she promised herself that he would feel safe in her presence. she allowed herself to be his pillar of support, someone who he could pour his emotions out without any fear of being judged. jake looks up to his twin sister and sees her as his role model. this is due to the fact that jade was the first sim sibling to actually be passionate about something. it sparked the flame in jake to also chase after his dreams. when jade debuted, jake became her biggest fan and still is to this very day, just like how jadelyn is her brother's biggest fan the minute it was announced that he was debuting as a member of enhypen.

training never really was a struggle for jadelyn. she may have been one of bighit's limited girl trainee at the period of time but life was manageable. she had tonnes of people to seek for when she was struggling and almost every trainee were friendly with her despite the competitive aura that was always present amongst the small pool of trainees. she never was seen as a threat since she deserved a spot in the company. the trainees respected her, just like how she respected them.

it never really occurred to her that the challenges her a set back for her since she enjoyed every moment of it. she enjoyed the idea of showing improvement despite being belittled often by trainers for not doing a proper job. it just showed that they cared enough to help her become a better performer and person. she took the negativity and turned it into a positive feedback, something she has often helped others with since she sees the good in everything.

the three years in bighit was an eye opener for jadelyn of course. she never knew that she loved to write her own lyrics nor did she think that she would actually get to debut just after three years of training. becoming a part of aphrodite was a dream come true for jadelyn. her debut just proves that she had what it took to become an idol. well, not just any idol, but a successful one at that.

being part of hybe, it was natural for jadelyn to attend the finals of i-land. she was there, not just to represent aphrodite, but to also be the supportive twin sister to her younger twin brother. it was a heartfelt moment for both sim twins when it was announced that jake was to debut.

aphrodite's jade sparks dating rumors with new tattoo
ah yes. this rumor blew up all due to the fact that jadelyn tattooed blessed-cursed on her left outer forearm a few days after enhypen dropped the song. fans were crazed that there was a hidden meaning behind her tattoo since well, it's an enhypen song which she tattooed just days after the song dropped. of course, the rumors are false as there really wasn't any proof to the rumor itself and many aphrodite fans have pointed that her twin brother is part of enhypen, which could possibly mean that jade's tattoo was for her brother.

in reality, it wasn't. if you heard blessed-cursed, only one member says the title of the track and that was heeseung. her tattoo was actually dedicated to her secret lover as a congratulations for him. i mean, that was jade's intentions but she played it as though she got it for her brother.

aphrodite jade caught up in yet another dating scandal 
many months after her first dating scandal, all hell broke lose when jadelyn accidentally revealed that she was in a relationship. during a live on weverse, jadelyn was casually just scrolling through her phone to show off photos of her recent trip to australia to visit her family. while scrolling, she accidentally scrolled onto a picture of her and heeseung together. the picture itself was just the two of them, posing on the bed with the man kissing her cheek, which thankfully covered his face (imagine the image, he's kissing the cheek or hiding his face). the minute she accidentally showed the image, jadelyn ended the live which brought suspicion again.

with heeseung, he's an introvert with little hints of extrovert. he's very observant and imaginative, with the ability to pick up on situations very quickly. a natural born leader, heeseung is sometimes dubbed to be kind, reliable and considerate. he is also pretty creative in being organised as well as being a problem solver. he is also highly passionate, putting in his best efforts in whatever he loves.

on stage, heeseung is nothing but a beast. he can be cute but also y whenever he wants to be and no one can stop it. not to mention, his godly vocals that is now well recognised in the kpop industry.

2016. the very year where both jadelyn and heeseung first met each other in the halls of bighit entertainment.

it wasn't love at first sight, let's say that, but rather a friendly meeting. jadelyn was aware of the male for being one of bighit's most promising trainees due to his buzzing auditions amongst the trainees. heeseung was also aware of the girl since she's the foreign trainee who gained a spot for her clean vocals. since then, they sought each other when difficulty approaches.

2017. the very year where jadelyn felt butterflies creeping up in her stomach when she and heeseung were alone in a studio.

she never knew that she would gain such feelings for her friend and training buddy, but it just happened. heeseung, to her, was just this charming boy who showed as much passion as she did. not to mention, when he quit rapping for her because she was struggling with her own vocal training. he chose to focus on vocals because she was a vocalist and not a rapper.

his actions just stole jadelyn's heart and since then, she had never felt more like putty when he shows off his huge smile for her. she fell deep, and so did heeseung. it was natural for him to like her since everything about her was likeable. she glowed and shone as one of bighit's prominent trainees. she was talented and bright that it melted his heart. her shy gestures caught his eye and it was then he realised that he had fallen for her.

the day jadelyn found that she was debuting, was the same day she spent hours in her dorm room, deep in thought. she should be happy that her hard work had paid off, but the thought of heeseung clouded her mind. it was clearly stated that there was a dating ban since it was jyp they were mixing with. the thought of losing her boyfriend ruined jadelyn completely but it had to be done. it was either her career or her relationship, and being the naive little seventeen year old.

her break up with heeseung might have just ruined her whole entire existence completely. she lost all sense of happiness the minute she dropped the bomb to heeseung, who accepted her decision with open arms. maybe if he hadn't agreed so easily, maybe jadelyn wouldn't be such an emotional wreck. why must heeseung be so perfect, even when she broke up with him? since then, they hadn't contacted each other as much, both still trying to mend their broken hearts.

it took a year for them to finally meet each other face to face again. the wound still fresh for the both of them as jadelyn congratulated her ex-boyfriend when he made it into the final lineup of enhypen after gruesome months in a survival show. it was awkward to say the least. the past lovers reunited, feelings still involved and very obvious.

heeseung was the one to confess everything he had been hiding. the feelings he hid from everyone. the feelings he held on, which was his motivator during i-land.

2022. the very year where things get a little out of hand.

two years passed since they got back together and things have been going so smoothly for the two of them. both jadelyn and heeseung managed to hide their relationship away from almost everyone, with the exception of a few. the few being aphrodite's leader and park jay. how they found out? well, jadelyn could never hide anything from the leader. she was, in fact, a respected figure to jadelyn and lying to her just felt too wrong. jay, however, walked in on something he shouldn't have seen. poor jay walked in on them having a heated make out, which ended with the two coming clean to the male.

both figures promised not to snitch. albeit, they did warn that their relationship might create chaos when revealed. and it indeed created chaos.

hateful comments came in left and right. lost of trust between a pair of twins. lost of respect between groupmates. things just went out of hand and neither individual knew how to fix it.

all they did was fall in love. why were they thrown hate for falling in love?

public. they barely interact with one another. this is to make sure that they don't spark any unnecessary rumors that might just oust them. hence, jadelyn only ever interact with him when her brother is present since she has an actual motive to converse with him.

alone however... is a whole other story. they've been together for so long that it's just a norm for them to be loving. hand holding, cuddling, kissing and making out. it happens very often might i just add. they enjoy each other's presence and jadelyn somehow can't get enough of his backhugs.
