Hey all!

I’ve had someone suggest that I explain what my writing process looked like, and I decided to post about it in case anyone is interested!

However, I want to preface this by saying that I have absolutely no authority or official knowledge on the matter. Everything I know is from attending university (not related to creative writing at all), reading books and fanfictions, writing by myself (including during NaNoWriMo), and reading online.

I’m also not saying that my way of working is the way of working. My process could probably be improved in some areas, and there isn’t only one good way to write.

Also, please remember that writing fanfiction should be fun. If you want to improve your writing and think you might find something interesting in there, you’re welcome! But if you have a process that’s completely different and that makes you happy (or you don’t have any process and you couldn’t care less), then that’s completely okay too.
