1. Create a Positive Environment

Music can be as powerful a motivator as motivational quotes. Each morning when you wake up, play a few pump up songs before you start your day to get you going. You can listen to playlists with motivational songs to help you get going. By getting your mind in the right mindset, you can inch closer to motivating yourself. When I want to get in the zone, I listen to “Time” by Hans Zimmer, which has no lyrics but has an intensity which helps me focus. If I’m feeling like I’m in a rut, motivational songs like “You’re a Superstar” by Love Inc. picks me up.

2. Celebrate Your Small Wins

When you think of your BIG goal, sometimes you start feeling overwhelmed. Why? Because big goals don’t get achieved right away. Instead, you need to create mini goals to help excite you along the way. This way you can be more goal-orientated and build a habit of being more effective. Celebrating your small wins will help you stay motivated through your journey. Plus, celebrating is always super fun. Maybe you break your goal down to 10 small-sized goals with tasks that get you on track to achieve them. For each of the 10 goals you can add a small celebration.

3. Surround Yourself With Motivated People

This goes back to the positive environment point: You need to be around with others who are just ambitious as you. American entrepreneur John Rohn once said, “You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with it.” And whether or not that’s true is debatable, the reality is being around the right kind of people can only help you grow. If you’re surrounded by those who love your ambition, you’ll be more ambitious and achieve more. If you’re surrounded by loved ones who tell you your goals are stupid and tell you to change them, you need to avoid them. Be around those who help you feel comfortable being the ambitious, go-getter you are, so you can become the successful person you’re meant to be.

"there's always a rainbow at the end of every storm" that's a phrase that I stick to a lot. I'm an overall optimistic person and I know it's hard to see the brighter side in situations.
Recently, when I went through a loss I even took this advice although it was super hard. I apply this phrase to every bad thing that happens. I've been dealing with a y school situation and once more I've just sat down and said "it's okay, it's gonna be okay."
It takes a lot to believe in it, but I can honestly say that's how I have gone by. 2020 was quite a year and I am hoping 2021 will be better for everyone.
I guess my piece of advice would be being hopeful and think happy thoughts (lol I got that part from a song). Being hopeful I think is a way I've remained happy (it might not work for everyone though).
I hope everything goes well for you, my friend. I definitely would love to check out your stories and provide feedback 💙💙💙💙

What are your goals in life? Think about it. What are you doing currently? Are you happy doing it?

I was depresses for about 4 years now, and I finally cut off all the people from my life who are/were toxic to me, I changed my job twice, now I can say that I am feeling better, even happy again and I started education all over again, because I needed a cause to live... A reason to go on.

I wish for you to be happy, and you survive in this world if you set some new goals, every time you reach it, make up your mind about the people around you, and maybe try out working in different branches because you don't need to stick to one job your whole life, you might find the fitting one hopefully soon, you just have to believe in yourself!

Corona made everything more difficult than it already is, but we will overcome this too!

No need for the karmapoints \(^w^)/
