Should I Quit Writing?

Lately I've been feeling like writing is a chore... something I have to do rather than something I want to do. I have tons of ideas for stories, but none that I'm actually motivated to write. Should I quit?

Sounds like you've hit a wall. If it feels like a chore, definitely take a break. If you have tons of ideas for stories, obviously writing seems like it should be a fun hobby, so don't quit!

Write when you want and when you like it. If it's just boring then before stoping you could change the way you are writing like co authoring with some other authors, or trying another style/genre/ characters, or doing a participative writing with your readers or a multiple choices stories, something you will find funnier to do.
Take a break otherwise, write down your ideas or share them.
Writing use your creativity and imagination if it is forced it won't work and it won't be pleasant as well.

Take a break. Write down your story ideas if you want to. If you have friends that also write, gush about your ideas to them but never really make them to stories (that helps me with the excitement of an idea I don't have motivation to write lol). You don't owe your readers to force it and if it feels like a chore, it's time to take a break. You don't have to lay quits on it forever if you actually used to enjoy writing - no reason to call entirely quits on a hobby, if there's a possibility you might get back into it. It's not like writing is a hobby that requires a lot of expensive gear (and I bet you would have a computer, writing or not writing). :-)
