Caring & paternal: Definition #1 of daddy. Bolin is very caring towards the other members and while he loves to take care of them and drown them with fatherly love (well, it's not always fatherly heh), he also loves to nag at them and tease them. he sometimes makes real dad jokes. When one of the younger members misbehaves, he usually shows them tough love with gentle hits on the and such (he calls them loving pats) (but NOT ON THE MINORS OR PEOPLE THAT DON't like it!) and strangling them with love. He's a real dad in all fields. But he does this more to the members who are minors, and he shows the other daddy version more to the older members. He always makes sure everyone is safe and uses his height and scary looks to his advantage when people are trying to harm his babies. sasaengs don't have a damn chance when bolin is nearby!

Humorous: the Zhao brothers both have a great sense for humor, but they excel in different fields. While little Deshi is better at the savage humor and witty disses, Bolin is more of a person who does dad jokes, flirty jokes and especially the ual innuendos that make the other members pissed because they hate them. the minors cant hear them though (except deshi cause he's used to it), so cover their ears.

Intelligent: while many people expect that he's a big dumb who only has looks and no brains, they're wrong. Bolin might not have any college degree, he just didn't have the time to do it all with being idol and model. He is still quite intelligent, and in his free time he sometimes researches things he is interested in, even though he's often too busy to do that. He knows a lot of the most random fun facts. (but he's still an idiot)

competitive & jealous: life is a competition, this is a competition, everything is competition. As soon as he got into the model and then idol world, he learned that this is how a celebrity should go by. He now makes a competition out of everything, not only because he enjoys it and does it out of habit, he also tries to prepare the other blackout members by this, because he is probably the most experienced out of all. He tries to teach the babies how to survive in this world, but also just enjoys doing it all. When he loses, he'll become jealous. No, even when he doesn't lose. When he's confident about something and someone else turns out to be better at it (like little Deshi being better at English), Bolin will become adorably jealous.

dirty-minded & extremely flirty: if you thought another member was the biggest hoe of blackout, you were wrong. Bolin outflirts all others. No legal member escapes his flirts, even people from other groups often get attacked. Bolin might be super gay, he sometimes even dares to throw a flirt towards the girls just for s and giggles. He's also very dirty-minded and really loves to make anyone who is legal of age swoon. He loves seeing the red flush on 's cheeks when he flirts with them, and he also just really loves little Deshi's disgust when it happens in front of him. Bolin is a real boy, a huge flirt and a resident hoe, but once he settles down, he'll be loyal as a puppy. Cheating? Disgusting.

Possessive & greedy: just like how he's very competitive, Bolin also really doesn't like sharing. If you share too much in the celebrity world, you can lose everything. After the disaster that happened to his first kpop group, Bolin just wants to keep everything to himself, especially the other members. They are HIS babies and he REALLY wants to be the leader despite him being foreign. But still, the kids are HIS and HIS ONLY and no one else can touch them or possibly flirt with them. Especially his little brother. (except for the flirting tho!! no in this house!! It's disgusting. If Bolin and Deshi ever see they're going to be disgusted and voice it openly, and hate the person who engages in it.)

Cowardly: this is the one side that makes him less intimidating and perfect than he actually seems. Bolin, who is the tallest kpop idol up to this date, is actually a little scaredy cat. He gets startled very quickly and it is often just so hilarious how he screams in despair and ruins his image when he's scared. His little brother loves to scare him.

[ APPEARANCE ]  Before and in between his time with the two groups, Bolin was a well-known model. And people see why. He might look intimidating, but he's also devilishly handsome. One giant lad who is skinny, but just has enough fat and muscle to not be considered underweight. He has extremely sharp features that could make anyone, maybe even gay girls, swoon. Sharp nose, sharp eyes, sharp eyebrows, a jawline so sharp he could cut a , and all of that paired with plump, pink lips and an amazing body. This is your model right here, he's all you could ask for. He needs to wear glasses to see far away, and those glasses make him look even more boujee than he already is. He has two tattoos. One on his arm and one on his thigh.

[ FASHION ] As a professional model who has gained way more bank with that than with being an idol, Bolin likes to flaunt it. Not only his wealth, but also the fact that he is a model. He likes to dress in eccentric and classy clothes. He defines it as the term boujee. And yeah he does look boujee. He does have his comfortable hoodies and sweatpants for a lazy day in the dorm, but once he has to go out, he wants to look like he's still on the runway of Milan fashion week. Other members often complain that he dresses up too much, making him take all the limelight and making the rest of the members feel embarassed about it. Also, he likes to sleep . Luckily he puts on underwear when he wakes up and goes to get ready... most of the time. He does have his comfy home-wear, yes, but when he can stay at the dorm for the whole day he'd rather stroll around in his underwear until he has to dress up to go out.

Bolin was born at the seaside city of Qingdao. He was the oldest son, and while growing up, he would be graced with two adorable little siblings. He was at the average height, and had quite the intimidating face since a young age, so people didn't really have much expectations, while little Bolin always expressed that he wanted to become an idol. He just didn't have the flower boy look, he had nothing special to him. Bolin was determined to do it though, and took vocal classes since a young age.

When Bolin started to get older, he started to grow. And he kept growing. No one knew where it was going to end. At the age of 14, he was already over 180 cm while his same aged friends had just started their puberty. The ugly, angry looking child that no one had expectations for grew into a sharp, intimidating model-like man. Devilishly handsome. His chances turned around quite quickly. When he was 15, Bolin got scouted on the streets, and was offered to run a local fashion show. Bolin agreed to it, thinking that it could help him raise his chances on debuting as idol. From then it all escalated quite quickly. He conquered China as the new model sensation. Huge, amazing proportions, devilish looks, and he had the charms as well. He knew how to move and show off his good sides. ANd he was still just a teen.

When he started out as model, it was 2010. It was harsh, and Bolin was young, very young, but he fought through it. He did still dream of becoming an idol though, so after 2 years of traveling around China to do photoshoots and fashion shows, he decided to take a break from the model world and concentrate on getting accepted as trainee. He went to Korea on his own, and started auditioning. But he didn't have the looks fit for an idol group. Back then there was still this standard of being around an average height and looking like a flower boy baby. Bolin was too tall, too scary-looking, he wouldn't have any fans and he would disrupt the group's image. Until he auditioned for a small company, SS entertainment. When they said he was accepted, Bolin's hope shot up in the skies. He was the youngest of a group of trainees, and they were with 5 in total. it all started out really well, but when they were nearing their debut, masks started to fall, and what started out as 'accidents' became regular. They debuted as The Legend and were put in a really small dorm. They didn't have a kitchen, no beds, not a place to sit, no basic necessities like toothbrushes. They had nothing. Had to live on instant ramen. They didn't get lessons anymore, weren't notified about schedules and had to get there themselves. But the boys were able to realise their dreams, so they kept fighting. Bolin was always a good singer, but his dancing was a bit sloppy mainly because of his height, and because they didn't get proper lessons, he was a bit behind, and he wasn't the only member. They were best at vocals.

They were so happy to be able to promote songs and stand on stage, even though they weren't very known. They worked very hard on their own, but after a year, it got even worse. When they came home one day, the lights didn't work. They contacted the electricity company, but they told them that the electricity bill had not been paid for too long. The boss didn't pay their bills. The boys first had no electricity, then they had no running water. They didn't get paid either, so the older members offered to work part-time jobs. Bolin wanted to help as well, and he resumed his model career while also working as idol. They couldn't do anything, because they had no money or power to get away from the company. They tried to survive but also started to save up money. In 2016, they risked it all and filed a lawsuit against SS entertainment. It was the biggest news they had yet, and everything was revealed about their living conditions, treatment and the fact that the CEO didn't pay only them, but also didn't pay any of the staff. He kept it all to himself. the little money they earned wasn't ever seen by anyone except the ceo.

The five boys tried to look for another company, especially wanting to find a place for their lovely maknae Bolin, but it didn't work. They decided to all go their own ways, but they all try to keep in contact. Bolin wanted to take a break, and he went back to modeling. His popularity grew even more now that he had matured. He conquered Korea, then the rest of Asia and even went worldwide. The peak of his career was when he walked the Milan fashion week for Dior. He did a few more shows for Dior, but not so long after that, he got the news that his little brother Deshi got into a company, and it started to tingle for Bolin again. He didn't want to lose to his baby brother, so of course, Bolin went to audition at the company as well. he was surprised and excited to hear that it was yg entertainment. And that is the story on how he ended in yg as probably the most experienced trainee of them all.

Bolin loves to baby his little didi, but the kid hates skinship and often refuses his love. She really depends on her big brothers and is still really sad that they are now both abroad. She really misses her big brothers and wants to come over to Korea, but she can't because she's still only 16, and has to attend school. He was often silly and happy but he's actually quite pessimistic, so he was the first one to give up the group. - The soft one : Kim Minjun (Lito) (28) / currently enlisted / cheerful, optimistic, stubborn / 10/10 / Probably the closest member for Bolin. Lito and Bolin are best friends, but they haven't seen each other in a while. That is because Lito is currently enlisted, and is now around halfway through his service and still has around 9 months to go. They miss each other a lot. Lei would literally fly to Korea at night if Bolin is feeling ill, and would return to China in the morning without any sleep to get back to work. It made Bolin determined and work as hard as he could, even though it's also because he wanted to be better than Deshi. YG is definitely not the best, at least they're better than ss entertainment
