Author's Note: Not Doing Okay

Hello.

I am just going straight to the point. I have not been doing fine. I am taking a mental health break maybe for a week or two or a month. I suppose. I am not sure. Anyway, I am just going to take some time to myself to just breathe for a while. An incident happened and my mental state is not at its best. It is, in fact, the opposite. It's quite alarming especially with the pandemic so I am going to step back before I do something impulsive.

I am writing while on break. Just not updating. So expect updates after my break.

One more thing: you guys take care of yourselves. Your mental health is more important than anything else. Social media is not important. Material stuff aren't important. If your mental well-being is being challenged, it's best to focus on making it better first. Reach out to your closest friends and make time and space to breathe. I personally don't have the space so I save nights for when everyone is asleep to take a deep breath and rewire my neurotransmitters properly. Don't feel guilty for feelings things. Your feelings are valid and they're yours. You have to acknowledge that they are yours. No one can dictate you what to feel or do and you can find a way to harness it because they are yours. Not anyone else's. But yours.

I i know my answer may be quote late, but I completely understand you.
When I went on hiatus for my mental health, I tried to keep on writing but I had the biggest mental blockage that I still have not been able to recover, despite the fact I love to write.
But my mental health needed a brake from updating more than once a week. And despite my brake taking longer that I thought do what is necessary for your well being
