Important thoughts

It took me some time to deconstruct the preconceptions in my mind in order to write Jessica's Land, my latest one shot story, also Falling Slowly in some scenes...

Sadly, I must admit that I  have been severely influenced by these ideas that Yuri can't be feminine or emotional... she is always the "dom", the "top", some even picture her as "the man of the relationship" or the one wearing the "pants" in the relationship and these ideas seem very ist to me, don't you think? 

She is a woman, she can be pregnant in a story... or be emotional because of a breakup. I caught myself thinking about how hard it was to write her as a pregnant woman, and also all the scenes about her crying her eyes out because Jessica left in Falling Slowly. I felt a little ashamed of myself for having such prejudiced ideas and decided to share these thoughts with you.

As someone who is writing something for you to read I should never have this kind of thoughts and definitely should try my best to deconstruct these ists ideas too. Anyway, I hope that in the future I will be able to portrait them as the women that they are, with real feelings and also portrait different sides of them.

Unnieeee you're doing greatttt, and I really love all your works! especially when both parties are very open with their emotions you know? It really warms my heart when I read a fic like that. Those idea about yuri ,yes I have read a lot of those and she really appear as tough, prideful , egocentric human being , some stories are good, some are great yknow? but what really got me hooked and focused are when the thoughts are alinged as one , and that's when the character started to feel real and understand the story. That's how I always read and I'm not gonna lie ,you are one of those author's for me ! ^^ thank you for you're hardwork, and I am really anticipating your next work! (◍•ᴗ•◍)✧*。I am always touched when reading something like that because I'm not really good with wordsss , it's so hard to put it in a sentence that will be understood easily sooo for me You're doing a really really great job for that! I cannot wait for the evolve version :)

Hi erika, mostly of Yulsic stories is about Yuri as a man in relationship, and it is weird sometimes when Yuri was not..
Sometimes I dont realize it because the packaging of the story makes me forget about that fact..
And for falling slowly, I realize it when tou mention it, sometimes when gxg stories is not always who is the man, but the feeling when they encounter the "different" side is more important and interesting..

I’m not gonna lie, it’s really weird to read Yulsic without Yuri being the “man”. But I noticed that you wrote FALLING SLOWLY without this concept, the way she was more feminine or Jessica being less submissive like their first ual interaction, it wasn’t Yuri being dominant but Jessica appreciating Yuri’s body, since that chapter I started noticing the change of the concept we Yulsic shipper are used to. But I liked it.

That chapter reminds me a fic on Soshified where Yuri is having Yunho’s baby because of money but he dies so his sister Jessica keeps the pregnant woman because of the baby and they fall in love... At that time I felt weird but It was an amazing fanfic.


When I read TaeRi is also a bit weird because I am used to read Taeny where Taeyeon is mostly the “man” in the relationship but at the end you get used to it.

Anyway... I will read your fanfics even if Yuri is an alien xD but I have a question... will you write about omegaverse Yulsic again? You got me into this omegaverse thing xD

gxg in real life, there are some people who thinks one party has to become the dom and the other party had to become the sub one. It's fine actualy as long as with consent from both party. Both can change roles as sub and dom in their relationship. Yhere are no fixed positions. Regarding the fic anybody can be the dom and the sub, but we can't deny the fact that both are girls and both mostly has the same reactions when facing a problem, crying, angry, pms, etc, so we better keep the details for that. So I think even pregnancy can happen for both party (the dom and sub) and it's fine. For me Yuri become the sub is very refreshing one, why? Because in many fics she always potrayed as dom, though, manly, etc, but many people forget she's also a women who sometimes has a fragile side when facing sensitive issues. Don't you worry too much, in fact I want to see a lot of sica's dom side, because it's effin hot! XD
