Ya know, this has been on my mind for ages now but, I finally decided to post this thing.

Keep in mind, this is an opinion, nothing more!

1. I'm fine with the the whole not being able to read offline thing

I've seen people complain about this a lot but I'm fine with it. I know they hate it, but I'm completely fine with it.

My reason? Because as a writer I would hate if someone plagiarized my work, and that was the whole reason it was implemented in the first place. Take a second to kind of let that sink in please, before you complain about how it's unfair.

For some people I'd understand how this would be difficult but the reasoning behind it had some merit, and it's up to the author's discretion whether to allow people to read offline or not. And for the sole reason of plagiarism is why I won't let people read my stories offline. Sorry to my long time readers.

Even if I'm almost 30 stories into a series, if someone was able to plagiarize every story they must be dedicated or something because damn xD

2. I don't think AFF is dying?

I dunno, I've seen a lot of blog posts about how it's dying. I don't think it is? I may not be very active on the socials section but I tend to lurk and I've seen it still be relatively active. Even before the whole quarantine thing started. It's probably due to me lurking so much that I see more activity than other people but as I now have a steady job I still see it to be relatively active when I'm home or on break/lunch at work.

3. I don't have a problem with silent readers

To me I'm fine with them, I don't really care if you comment or not. As long as you leave a comment talking about the chapter anyway and not commenting because of a streak or anything. [I've gotten more than a few of those kinds of comments so yeah...]

I know, it's a bit condescending because I rarely get comments on any of my stories and some of the ones that do get comments are mostly having to do with the story in some way but I would rather get those comments than comments saying "cool" or something.

Or nothing at all, I'm cool with that too.
