I think the different color of his hair makes him look like he has different characters as well~~!

Red : he looks reckless but has a lot of charisma like a leader~
Navy : he looks kinda cold but he can be "crazy" too~
Ash Blonde : he looks soft but strong like the surface of a calm lake (but we don't actually know what is inside the lake~!)~
Violet : he looks charming, calm, has charisma too and can be "crazy" too~
