an atheltic body that comes from working out 2 to 3 hr a day and espcially works out even harder when he is stress or angry. guntae has a definite cold and mean demeanor face but sometimes about his eyes and pouty lips makes him looks soft and that is what mostly charms people. when he steps into the room you can feel a sense of authority and intimindation. his pale complexion is complimented with his silky raven hair thats is alway styled nicely.

— guntae's likes to look sharp and clean, he believes he earn his right to dress nice. growing up poor he could never afford to dress to impress or even decent. you see him in dress pants or suits and leather jackets most of the times. he is really into shopping and brands. he hates when his clothes gets dirty but isn't frugal with money going towards clothes. 90% of his closet is black clothes and the other 10% are of other shades and colors.

guntae goes agaisnt all the rules. he works on his own terms and what is efficent for him and his group. he is concious of many of his decisions and understands what he does is wrong, but to him it is the only way to get what he wants then he shall do it. he hates when things are complicated and hates proloning unnecessary situations, instead of losing temper over it it ends it quick with no remorse. he does not hesitate ever, if he done wrong he will just have to face the consequences and he will deal with it. he can be describe in many bad words and is of many things but he is no liar. he doesn't talk much and is more introverted but when he speaks the truth and bluntly. Just because he is an introverted doesn't mean he is shy and awkward at all, he is confident and can play an extrovert well, and he speaks his mind but he perfers his own quiet company compare to being in a large group setting. he is a perfect example of an anti villian, doing bad things but with good intention, or so for himself he thinks that way.

showing his soft side always comes with sarcasm and tough love. no one truly knows if he has a soft side because it always seem he must be trolling when he acts like he cares for another human being. the way guntae shows it is more of not caring kind of way. he gives out compliments when its well deserving but don't expect any display of affection. you survive the shoot out? "good job not dying." you're sick with the flu? "you are useless stay home." you're hostage now for another mafia and being used as a threat? "the kid still owes me so hand him/her over unless you want to pay their debt." if you don't pay attention to his tone and demeanor then you'll understand that he means well but if you let his tone and demeanor get to you first then he's rude and ruthless. he is not always grumpy and mean looking, guntae knows how to cracks jokes but it is usually dark humor or with his montone voice and no one feels comfortable to laugh.

background. in guntae's office you can clearly see that out of all his lavish items and organized room is a child's book, Hansel and Gretal. no one touches it and if asked he replied with "it's my biography." born to a drunk and abusive father guntae seen and felt it all. he hated his name because of his father and it trigger pain and angry when people say his name because it his father's voice echo in his head screaming his name. he lived everyday of hell clinging on because of his mother and little sister, but when their mother passed away from cancer their life were now in the hands of a stepmother.  a father who was never around and a stepmother who starve the kids. guntae started stealing at a young age to provide snacks and toys for his little sister. in middle school he got into the wrong crowd hanging out with older kids since kids his age were making fun of his family. when he enter highschool he officialy joined a gang and his initiation nearly left him dead. he started out as a small drug dealer and going around getting intel. it made him a good amount of money and that was when he decided to leave home to do it full time so he could get his sister out of the home. his gang life took a wild turn when he went from dealing drugs to having to kill people one day without realizing his next target was a student from his little sister's school. they havent seen each other in years, she hated what he had become and he was sad seeing the dissappointment in her eyes. he did his job and left and she covered for him. he had realize that he was the witch in hansel and gretal. all he ever wanted to do was help his sister but this life he chose would eat her up so he decided to leave forever.

it was after that moment that he kind of went off reality and started working as mafioso. he worked his way up to becoming one of the best killers in his new found family. 15 years in the game when one day his godfather one whom he has consider as a fatherfigure he never had gets shot from a police ambush of cartel trade gone wrong. "I'm not dying in those pig's hands, shoot me now." it was the first time guntae hesitated.  instead of killing his godfather he helped the man up and they fled the scene. guntae was shot in the shoulder and even till this day the wound is visible and causes him joint pain. after arriving back home his godfather passes and leaves the family for guntae to care after. since then he has step up as the godfather.

fun facts.

— caffeine junkie, he literally smells like ground coffee beans because of how much coffee he makes and drinks daily
— reading, his office and home has shelves of books, one of the thing he regrets is not reading enough and learning enough, so he has a ton of self help books, novels, history, biographys, sciences, etc.
— he lives on his own but only goes home ony occasionally. he usually sticks at the family home...so like even though he likes peace and quietness if its too much quietness it irks him too.
— he is a vegan, it started when he was 25 yrs old..there was just always so much blood on his hands that he could not bring himself to eat meat anymore

— little sister : woo sunmi (23) / indie band singer & barista / friendly, intuitive, strongwill, selfless /  sunmi use to glue herself to her brother all the time and he adore her. in high school she was angry that he left her and that he chose a bad path but she still cared for him and misses him. he is the exact opposite if guntae personality wise and look wise. he always said she gotten mom's looks and pure heart while he inheirt their father's look and cold heart. guntae often goes to her local shows and performances and even buys her band(Blue Ai or Blue Child...R&B Jazz Indie Band) 's merch and cds online sometimes he buys a bulk and just gives them out to the family. he secrectly sends gifts as a "fan". now if hey were to meet she would not want anything to do with him if he was still living his lifestyle, it would be painful to walk away but she knows it is best not to get involve. currently she lives on her own in a small apartment in seoul and works as a barista during the day and at night she performs and sings.

   
— sidekick : ahn hweji / consort / cunning, bright, loud, extroverted / these two known each other for a fairly long time and they didn't get along from the start at all. she's loud and he's quiet, she's an extrovert and he an introvert. after many years of working together their relationship wise he would say she is his sidekick but she say he is her sidekick but both know they that if anything ever happens they had each other's back. when guntae became the godfather hweji objected it because she didnt see that he was fit to be theier godfather. internally guntae didnt find himself to be fitted as well but he had to and hweji had to just it up. she is probably the only person who kind of has an idea about his past life and his sister. since he has gone to her a couple of times to ask what girls her age likes and what kind of make up they uses.

PeRSONaLITY.

— this o blood type girl is fun, she is young(25), loud, uplifting, and really loves putting herself out there to test her limits. she make friends naturally and has a very warm and welcoming vibe to her. soobin is not afraid to look dumb or silly, she's the type to ask uncomfortable questions because she's curious. she points the elephant out in the room, and is very straightforward but still empathetic. she is very observant and can read a room and people quickly. soobin is compassionate and kind to the vulnerable but is sharp and quick and you could get scolded for hours.

soobin is clearly an open book who can not hide her facial expressions, whether she is happy, sad, disgusted, annoyed, or angry it will all show on her face first. sometimes she gets too courageous and don't realize that her petite little self should just stay put instead of agruing with a drunk 200lb man but she always find a way to defend herself or escape without harm. (gods are watching over her i swear).

lovestory. 

— mission gone wrong one summer night when there was miscommunication between guntae and hweji. guntae ended up with a bad cut to the abdomen and as hweji tried to help him up and get somewhere safe, their path was crossed by the soobin. she was going to call the ambulance but hweiji snapped her phone in half. "if he doesn't get help now he's going to die." she took them to the small veterinary she was currently studying and interning. even though she wasn't fully ready or has ever done a surgery or stitching she did her best. hweji asked why she was helping without asking anything and soobin replied with "if i walk away i wouldnt be able to sleep ever again knowing someone was dying and i didn't do anything." and then she gave hweji a zyrtec because she could see hweji who started rubbing her eyes getting a reaction from all the fur floating around the vet.

that was their last encounter until a year later when they bump into each other at a coffee shop where sunmi was performing at. he didn't remember her but she remember him for sure, how could she forget his handsome face. she really tried talking with him about everything and anything but he just wasn't saying much back until she asked "How is your girlfriend?" and he choked on his drink. "The girl who brought you in..she's not your girlfriend? Did she stab you?" She laugh and guntae laughed. Before the night ended she asked for his number and he was suprise at how forward she was but he decline and she was fine with it too which suprise him even more.

"its okay actually you're kind of weird. you know you sound very charmastic and sweet but sometimes your words have no emotions like i've notice you don't slur on the right words with the right emotions to what you're talking about. seems like a trait a serial killer would have" she laugh to herself.

he thought he was going to charm her into bed and then leave it at that but she was different. she was something else that he did not quite really want to get too close with.

the next time they met again was at another one of sunmi's show. thats when he found out that she is sunmi's vet for her puppy and that she was pretty close with sunmi. if she was just another women in guntae's life he wouldn't had care and gave her the boot but because she was close with sunmi he wanted to know more and hear stories of sunmi so he stuck around.

"bring your girlfriend next time. i really like her heels she wore last time i saw her maybe she can help take me shopping."

soon enough soobin saw hweji at those rich fancy dinner parties because she is from those rich society (which she hates that she was born into it).

to soobin she has a one sided crush on guntae for sure but she is fine just being mutual friends right now and she totally wants to be friends with hweji. while for guntae he does not have any romantic feelings towards her, he like to get into bed with her but she's to kindhearted that he wouldn't want to hurt her feelings.

theending. 

— guntae ends up liking soobin but he knows he shouldn't and he doesn't ever bring it up, its too risky for his sister and soobin to get involve with him. it is more then enough to see how much soobin loves and adore sunmi. honestly soobin isn't dumb of course she knows he doesn't work a typical 9 to 5 office job but she also doesn't want to judge him right away...when n if she does find out what he has done or what kind of monster (as he would call it) he is she would be scared even if she loved him. she is not going to be one of those girls who think they can save the bad boy, he has to save himself. both of them will be in misery that they found love at the wrong timing with the wrong people....(feel free to switch anything up if im too dang dramatic hahah)
