Motherly & Caring - Jinri is always ready to take care of people in need. She loves helping her members out and always makes sure her members are content and happy. she is always asking "are you okay? have you eaten today?" the next answer determines how she reacts and what she does. If you haven't eaten, she will reach in her bag of wonders and pull out a snack for you. 
Outgoing - she knows how to make friends. In a room with Jinri, she has to be extremely busy to not speak to you. She has plenty of friends and knows how to keep them. 
Polite - Jinri knows how to keep her image looking spotless from all of her trainee days. She is nice and polite to everyone she comes across that she doesn't know. If there are fans that ask for her autograph, if she can, she will try to reach all of them. 
Charming - Jinri knows how to work a crowd. A lot of people that watch her are amazed by her amazing fancams. She is the best at facials and can also use her charm to make more close friends. 
Uptight & Bossy - She is strict with the rest of her members. Since she is a leader, she has to put them in check. A lot of times, it is through the kindness of her heart, but she does like to have her group look spotless.. So she really tries to be as stingy as possible. A lot of her members get annoyed with her though, because she really knows how to nag them around.
Hard-headed  - You cannot tell Jinri that she is wrong. If she says something that she thinks is a fact, she will continue on to say it is true. And if you tell her something she disagrees with, she will have a big issue with it, and will debate her way to making you believe what she says. 
Insecure - On the inside, she is very insecure. She always thinks that she could be better and strives to be the best version of herself that she can be. She feels like people don' like her as much as they do as well.

Jinri's background is slightly rough at the start. She was the first born in her family. Her mother cherrished her and believed that she would be special when she grew up. So, her mom tried to spoil her as much as possible as a kid. Jinri had nice clothes all the time and always looked good at school. At the age of 6, her parents divorced. Their love wasn't there anyore. It because Jinri's mother was still pretty young when this happened, but shevbelieved that they would continue to stay strong. However, Jinri was young, and didn't understand the concept of divorce. She just thought her parents bought different homes because they didn't want to share thngs. 
She lived with her mother from then on and didn't have the best relationship with her father. At the age of 10, her mother remarried and got pregnant with twins. Her step-father was extremely nice to her and she felt accepted in his arms. Her mother had one more child when Jinri was 12 and it was exhausting for Jinri to keep up. She had to take care of all of her half brothers and sisters and it felt like she became an afterthought. Remember, Jinri was the spoiled child of the household but quickly became the second-mom of the household. It wasn't the worst thing for Jinri but it surely wasn't the most fun part to look back on. 
From here, she learned how to be a mother figure for her step-siblings and blossomed into the sweetheart that Korea looks to today.
In school, it was hard for Jinri to keep up with her grades, but she was still a very smart girl. 
Coming of age, around high school, was interestng to her because she learned more about herself and the things she loved, including music. She made a few friends in high school, and this was the time she met people who introduced her to rap. They used rap music to express the difficulties in their lives and the successes. Jinri enjoyed this because it felt like she was taking the stress out of her life. She could take herself into a different world just by putting a pen to paper and writing rhymes. Once she started making a name for herself as a pretty rapper in high school, some of her friends encouraged her to pursue a career in rap. 
After auditioning for many companies in 2012, JYP took her in. But she eventually left the company after a year and a half and joined Source Music around 2013, where she trained hard for 2 years before debuting with GFriend.

IDOL HISTORY

Jinri joined Source Music slightly discouraged from her time at JYP and didn't even think she'd get into a girl group as soon as she did. In Gfriend, she immediately faced some trouble after their first song, Glass Bead due to the apparent similarities to SNSD's debut song. GFriend felt like they had huge shoes to fill. Also, it didn't help that Jinri felt as though the group was more of a singing group than a rapping group from the start. Her coaches and managers continued to help her out, making sure she felt comfortable with the songs, and trained her voice so she could become a better rapper.  The first few songs, Jinri barely had lines since Source Music was trying to figure out how to place a stronger rapper like her in softer songs. As their discography continued, Jinri still felt like she wasn't being marketed as a strong rapper when she wanted to. Because of this, her managers told her that it would be okay to join a rap show such as Show Me The Money, and that's exactly what she did. After her time at Show Me The Money, plenty of fans realized that she had a good amount of talent that wasn't being shown by her company. Source Music saw the positivity around Jinri, and all the fans she gained through Show Me The Money and tried to change Gfriend's image to a wider range of concepts, while still keeping the soft image that the public loves.

APPEARANCE Most people know him from his goofy smile and his high cheekbones. He stads at 170cm tall and is around 67kg. He also has an eyebrow piercing that a lot of people shamed him for getting, calling him unattractive.
STYLE Minseok loves showing off his outfits by wearing nice sneakers to match. While most of his clothes can look plain and basic, almost minimalist but hypebeast...he loves adding a pop to his outfit with the newest pairs of shoes that are hot on the market for the time.

Competitive - Many people know Minseok from his time on SMTM Season 6. His competitive side was shown all over Korea. He loves winning and nothing else. When he loses, he will first deny it, but then won't ever let go of his disappointment...many people would consider him a sore loser. He is always trying to look for a way to beat someone else in something. Whether it be who can eat the fastest, run the fastest, or rap the fastest, he is always looking for a challenge. 
Caring/Soft - Many people don't know this, but Minseok is a soft guy on the inside. He has a big heart and cares for a lot of his friends and family more than anyone else. However, on the outside, he portays himself as a strong figure who isn't afraid of haters, even though they affect him, or people disapproving of him on the outside. 
Funny - He loves cracking jokes with his friends and talking to new people. This is the side of him that others don't really see on the tv screen. He has a charming side to him that a lot of people, especially Jinri, love him for. 
Hot Headed - He has a temper that will quickly reveal itself when he doesn't exactly get his way. He starts to yell and get red when he's stressed or when someone stresses him out. He tends to rant and vent on Instagram live if something irritates him, especially regarding other rappers dissing him. 
Loud - He's a loud person. You can hear his voice from miles away, and it doesn't help that he has a very distinguishable voice to start with. This applies when he is rapping or even talking to other friends. Even though he is funny and an outgoing person, sometimes you just want him to be quiet or stop talking so you won't get a headache.
Arrogant - He will have no problem with rapping about things that he has that others dont. He knows that he has a lot of talent and sees himself as confident rather than just being arrogant. 
Nosy - He loves to gossip and be in other peoples business. He also loves knowing what other people think of him and how others will react to what he is doing with his life. Basically, he loves being entertained with the idea of drama.

Jinri was extremely nervous showing up at SMTM 6. There were plenty of idols that tried to challenge the street rappers of Korea and failed in the competition. But Jinri eventually made it though the first round, getting a thumbs up from Jay Park, her idol.
Minseok was also there and of course, and made it past the first round audition in front of all the others. Most people saw him as intimidating because he did have a slightly larger following than many underground rappers that were there at the audition. Many people off camera were talking about how talented he was and how interesting it would be to rap aganst him. Jinri heard these things but didn't think she would get that far in the show to face him, but she was wrong. In the third round, while having to face off against people in the competition. Jinri had to diss Minseok and another person apart of his team. Sadly, she didn't win the battle, but Minseok came up to her after filming and applauded her for being so strong throughout the process. She was one of the few idols and few female rappers that made it that far. So, that alone was enough for Minseok to compliment her. But also, being one of the few females in SMTM, she gained a lot of male attention from the other rappers. Her instagram was flooded with the rappers following her and other fans of the show following her as well. But the only one that caught her eye was Minseok. She immediately messaged him and wished him luck for the rest of the competition, and made him promise her to tell her how well he did after every filming. Their blooming friendship turned quickly into flirting as Minseok would comment on her selfies in her DMs and she would comment on his. A few months later, they agreed to see each other in person. Being an idol of a somewhat popular girl group, Jinri knew she had to sneak around to hang out with Minseok. They went to a PC Bang together and played video games for hours, getting to know each other better and better. 
Jinri knows that he comes across as a rough person, but she wants to fix that and make sure his interior matches his exterior...but he shows his soft and sweet side to her all the time. 
Currently, Minseok is still making moves on Jinri, but she is still unsure about letting her agency know about him due to his image in the Korean media. He is getting somewhat restless and wants to know if what they have is real or not, but has a feeling that Jinri might not want to date him because of his history with being rough. 

My Note: I know the story talks about their relationship, but I was thinking about having something regarding a scandal. I want there to be a tense nature between the bad boy and the motherly idol, with disapproving fans? Also I was thinking he is the type of guy Jinri wants to "fix" in a sense.

After the competition, Jay Park, who was on the show, commented on his skills and decided to sign him to his company.
Minseok is extremely close to everyone in the company and feels like it is a perfect match for him.
