APPEARANCE : 

— Zara is a curvy girl despite her chinese ancestry. In fact her bra size is quite a bit bigger than most asians, being a 70E in European bra sizing (32DD in American). She´s fairly tan despite the British weather because she liberally uses self tanner even during the winter months. Because she enjoys working out Zara is quite fit with slight abs. She´s also never seen without makeup in public as she has scars from having severe acne when she was younger as well as freckles during the summer. She has a tattoo on her left shoulder blade which shows a bird with the text "You were given this life because you are strong enough to live it" written underneath. She also has a belly-button piercing with two dermals above. Despite her and her family being aligned with Voldemort and being death-eaters she didn´t get the mark until the second wizarding war began as her parents were fairly low ranking death-eaters during the first war.

STYLE :

— When she isn´t wearing her robes, Zara dresses to impress. She knows how to dress to accensuate her best assets and doesn´t hesitate to show off. Her outfits often contain varying amounts of cleavage. She´s not a big fan of skirts or dresses and will typically wear tight jeans or shorts that shof off her legs. Her outfits are typically in more muted colors, blacks, whites, greys, beiges and a light wash denim. She ALWAYS wears heels. Her makeup is most often quite light and natural.

PERSONALITY : Zara isn´t the most plesant person. She fits very nicely under the alignment of neutral evil. She´s manipulative. There´s no other way to put it. She´s good at getting what she wants when she wants it because she masters the art of manipulation. She can pick out psychological vulnerabilities of her victims to determine which tactics are likely to be the most effective very easily and she also has no qualms about causing harm to her victim if necessary. She lies, she denies, she guilt trips, she plays the victim… You name a manipulation technique she´s probably used it. She likes getting what she wants and this trait secures that she gets exactly what she wants. It also means she´s extremely good at persuading other people to do exactly what she wants them to do. However because of her past Zara has grown into a very cold person. She´s hard to get to know and really get close to. She grew up alone and as such she much prefers the company of just herself than the company of many others. She´s distant and closed-off, not letting others get to know her and putting up a facade as a shield against getting hurt again as someone she loved and cared deeply about was killed and she doesn´t want to experince the people she cares about get killed again. And so it´s just easier to not care about anyone and keep everyone at a distance rather than let anyone in who can hurt or harm her. It´s easier and more comfortable for Zara this way. She also has a hard time connecting to others emotions and this causes her to come across as quite cold and at times even emotionless. She doesn´t talk about her feelings and she certainly doesn´t want to talk about yours. She just doesn´t understand the need to talk about feelings. Feelings are stupid is really just what she believes. She would much rather live as a robot without any feelings whatsoever than have to confront the pain and suffering she´s felt and hasn´t dealt with. The only emotions she really know are anger and despair. 
Zara believes that her way is the best way and expects other to follow along. She´s very dominating and easily overpowers people, mainly because she knows what she wants and expects other to follow her and give in to what she wants. She´s bossy and expects people to just follow her blindly. She´s controlling and wants everything to go exactly after her mind. She´s lived her whole life according to herself, not taking into account what anyone else wants and this has caused her to believe that that´s just how life is. That people will follow you and that it´s okay to influence them in less than ethical ways when you don´t get your way. She has a particular view of how things should happen and she does whatever she needs to do to make sure events unfold in what she has determined is the right way. This includes how other people behave. However she also has specific views on how she herself should behave. She believes that her way is not only the best but at times also the only way to about something. And she often refuses to listen to ideas that may be just as good and just as valid because she has decided that her idea is the best and therefore that is the one that should be used. It´s her way or the highway with Zara.
Zara is also extremely self-assured and confident. She believes that her opinions are the right ones. Also in regards to her looks Zara believes she´s gods gift to humanity. Her confidence borders on arrogance as she acts as if she´s superior, more valuable or important than others and underestimates them. At the same time, however, she longs to be admired and respected for her special qualities and great accomplishments. She has a desire to dominate and excessive confidence in her own abilities, and she also sees herself as worthy of success. She often speaks about herself and the things she´s done. She loves to be the center of attention and she also tends to attract attention at social gatherings. She also has trouble taking criticism. She never does anything wrong and she always finds justification for her mistakes. If she is criticised she becomes defensive and often dismisses or doesn´t even listen to what´s being said. And since she´s never the one who´s wrong she also has trouble asking for forgiveness. However she´s quick to critizise others and she emphasizes the mistakes and weaknesses of those who don´t meet her high standards. She needs to correct others mistakes. She only talks to the people she thinks deserves her attention.
Zara has enormous willpower and vitality. She looks for strength, will, persistence, and endurance in others. She will stop at nothing to get to where she wants to be. Even if that includes stepping on a few toes to get there. She considers inefficiency "an elaborate sabotage consisting of irrationality and laziness". She knows what she wants and when she wants it and this makes her extremely decisive. She´s good at making decisions and truly believes that her decisions are the best. And once she´s taken a decision she will stop at nothing to get there. She´s passionate about the decisions she makes and she wants them done as quickly as possible because inefficiency is just dumb. Why wait with something when you can do it now? She plans in advance and takes initiative. She makes things happen. However she also habors delusional ideas about her power, invincibility, and ability to prevail. She believes she can do anything without suffering the consequences of her actions.
Because Zara grew up alone she became very independent very early in her life. Also because of her past, Zara has learned that you can´t trust anyone. Any attemps at controlling her she may potentially become violent and if she gets in danger she may brutally destroy everything that has not conformed to her will rather than surrender to anyone else. She´s Vengeful, barbaric, murderous. Some may even say she has sociopathic tendencies. She doesn´t want to be controlled or to allow others to have power over her, whether that power is psychological, ual, social, or financial. Much of her behavior is involved with making sure that she retains and increases whatever power she has for as long as possible. She stands alone. She wants to be independent. She refuses to “give in” to social convention, and she can defy fear, shame, and concern about the consequences of her actions. Although she is in fact aware of what people think of her, she does not let the opinions of others sway her. She goes about her business with a steely determination that can be awe inspiring, even intimidating to others.

BACKGROUND : Zara was born to a family of fairly low-ranking death-eaters on the 24th of June 1978 in London. She was born during the first wizarding war however both of her parents took part in the war while she was left with her grandmother. Unfortunately the war had dozens of casualties including Zara´s father in 1981. This took a toll on the little family and Zara grew up without a father causing her to grow a deep hatred for the people who had forced her to live without the father she so desperately missed. The Order and the Aurors.
Zara´s mother and grandparents instilled a certain mindset into her. She was pureblooded and so she was better than anyone who wasn´t and this certainly help shape Zara´s personality. She grew up surronded by evil and dark magic and as such it was basically impossible for Zara to not become evil herself. Because Zara´s mother was one of the few who continued to believe that Voldemort would return.
Zara was offered a spot at hogwarts in 1989. Her magical abilities had started showing when she was just 6 and she had worked with her mother to get control over these abilities which left her with quite a leg up on all the other kids who were starting hogwarts the same year as her. And at the sorting ceremony it didn´t take the hat very long to promptly place her in slytherin. Her school years were tough. People recognized her last name because of her mother and as such Zara was left to be kind of an outcast even amongst the slytherins. Her personality made it hard for anyone to like her and so she grew up and spent her school years alone. This however measnt that she had nothing but time to study and she did this a lot. She wasn´t the smartest by birth or the best at magic but through her intensive studying she ended up becoming one of the smartest of her year scoring outstanding and exceeds expectations on all of her O.W.L´s and N.E.W.T´s. She took charms, transfiguration, potions, arithmancy (later Advanced Arithmancy Studies) and Study of Ancient Runes. She didn´t really know what she wanted to do with her life at this point. However when news broke of Voldemorts return in 1995 when Zara was in her sixth year she knew that this was her chance. And when she graduated in 1996 she joined forces with the death-eaters, much to the joy of her mother. She faught hard to get her mark, doing whatever she was sked loyally and perhaps sometimes a little too brutally. And just before the war really broke out Zara did indeed earn her mark.

— Had a tabby cat at Hogwarts that she still keeps to this day (she´s called Princess and is black)
— She hates children
— Misses her father dearly and hates the order and the aurors for taking him away from her

— Keeps to herself even within the ranks of the death-eaters

— She has taken a liking to using the Cruciatus Curse before finishing off people using the Killing Curse

— She always uses non-verbal spells and her non-verbal spells are about as powerful as when she uses them verbally (Give her a wand from willow-wood or pine or something that´s sensitive to non-verbal magic PLEASE)

FAMILY : 

— Mother : Wong Hui Ying / 44 / loving, doting, closed-minded, oldschool in terms of beliefs
Zara and her mother are extremely close particularly because they lost Zara´s father so early on in Zara´s life. This means that while she was growing up zara only had her mother. And it´s thanks to her mother that Zara has grown to have the beliefs that she has and has grown to be a death-eater. Had Zara grown up with a different mother and perhaps with a father as well, she may not have ended up quite as... Evil. Hui Ying is incredibly proud of her daughters achievements, in particular the moment her daughter got her mark.

OTHERS : 

— My Lord : Tom Riddle/Lord Voldemort
Zara isn´t particularly close to her lord however she´s proven herself to be a useful asset due to her powerful hatred and disdain for The Order and due to her unscrupulous personality. While Zara generally is independent and hates being controlled and that trying to control her often leads to destruction she has learnt that listening and doing as she´s told is the only way she will make it amongst the ranks of death-eaters. And while she hates submitting to him, she truly believes that since Lord Voldemorts beliefs are the same as hers they´re the right ones and as such she also believes him and his methods.

INTERVIEW

IF YOU HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE WAR EFFORT, WOULD YOU? WHY OR WHY NOT? : 

— "Yes. Yes I would. However I wouldn´t call it a war. Much rather a stupid effort to postpone the inevitable. The Drak Lord will rise. We will be victorious."

Are you worried about possibly being one of the casualties of war? : 

— "No. Not at all. I´ll be fine and I´ll certainly make it to the end of the war and see The Dark Lord rise."

Do you think you could kill someone for any reason? : 

— "At least let me use crucio beforehand to see them suffer."

COMMENTS : Ehm... So here´s our truly very evil and horrible Zara. I hate her so much that I love her. Which is very strange hahah. I hope you like her? Or hate her I guess cause that´s kinda the way I want you to feel. She has a lot of negative traits that are VERY posistive to her and nobody else so hopefully you still see her as kind of balanced and not as purely having negative traits.
