Yeojoo has a complex personality and is often categorized as a diva. She has been through a lot investing 8 years of her life in training, making her develop lots of insecurities, making her feel she's not enough, making her tough and cold. she is a weak and sweet girl under all those angstiness. She learned how to be competitive and often likes being praised. she doesn't like losing and would often volunteer and showcase her talent in every means possible. People usually think she's not that great because she trained for a long time which usually means you're not good enough to debut which also makes her upset because she knows she's good and that she sees idols who aren't that great but are able to debut. She is just too loyal to Pledis to leave as it's her dream to be a Pledis idol.

She is actually aware of how people sees her. she wanted to rebrand herself as a more likeable person but due to the cut-throat industry, she needs to step up her game. She might also come out as two faced as she's different on-cam and off. On-cam, she is intimidating and doesn't seem friendly, ambitious and an 'I-don't-give-a-' attitude but off-cam, she tries being friendly because she's still just a girl with lots of insecurities and she is not just a straight out like others think.

The twins were both adopted and never knew about their parents. They lived in the orphanage until they were 7 years old as a wealthy couple adopted. They were showered with love and they weren't treated like they were not part of their family. They were home schooled. Yeojoo grew up listening to Lee Hyori and After School. She often copied her idols' dance moves and usually sings them everywhere and anywhere. She was offered by different companies but she declined all of them.

Yeojoo grew up as a sweet and charming girl, full of love and hope from her adopted family and her twin brother. she was also studious and very well mannered until she joined their company that she was really excited to be part of. she was too naive to know how idols become successful, she thought it was all glitz and glamuor but she learned it the hard way.

TRAINEE YEARS.

— 8 years. she started march 2011.

TRAINEE BACKGROUND. 

— she was scouted when she was 15 at a cafe near Myeongdong. At first, she was too naive to get how pressuring it to be an idol, she was forced to mature and aimed to become an After School member or maybe a part of the joint venture with Fantagio to debut under a girl group named Hello Venus but failed to as Lee Kaeun was chosen for After School and Yoo Ara and Yoonjo were chosen for Hello Venus. she didn't stop in practicing despite slowly losing confidence that she will debut soon, hoping to be in one of Pledis' new groups. she was joined by her brother after 2 years after being discovered while he was visiting her near the building.

came 2015, it was announced that a reality survival show will be made and that female trainees are being asked to join. she asked permission if she could join but was stopped by CEO Han Seung Soo as he said he's planning on keeping her as a secret member for the girl group he'll debut which consisted of the other joining girls which was Pristin. again, another empty promise. she became more hopeless as Pristin disbanded and that most of the girls left, girls she trained with since she was young.  she's losing confidence in the company as all the female trainees were treated like trash. this will be the final straw. she decided to join produce 101 to prove to Han Seungsoo that she's worth debuting.

— my hope and goal is to debut. I don't know what to do if this won't work for me. I've trained with a lot of girls that debuted already... some already disbanded but I'm still here... a trainee. I hope the national producer-nims appreciate me and let me debut.

— me and my brother decided to perform Dinosaur by AKMU. we would like to showcase our vocals and harmony as well as choeography. <perf>
