Namsoo is an extrovert and likes being around people. he's friendly and energetic. people might think he's there to find friends or love but he's still there to win. he's also dedicated in making sure he debuts. he's eccentric and flamboyant, a social butterfly, he wants people to notice him, the attention is giving him life. Namsoo is often tagged to have the 'prince syndrome' due to his undying love for himself. He knows how to differentiate fun times and times to work. during rehearsals, he tends to be serious and wants everything to be perfect. he easily gets impatient and hot headed when things don't go as planned or if someone is slowing him down. he's more down-to-earth than his sister though and is protective of her. 

bAckground. 

The twins were both adopted and never knew about their parents. They lived in the orphanage until they were 7 years old as a wealthy couple adopted. They were showered with love and they weren't treated like they were not part of their family. They were home schooled. Namsoo isn't really into sports but he was determined to get that superhero body he always wanted so he spent most of his time in the gym. Namsoo started taking interest in music and k-pop when his sister was scouted by Pledis, being the supportive brother that he is, he listened to songs that came from the company till he binge watched some other groups and instantly got hooked and somehow wanted to be an idol too.

Namsoo started training in Pledis 2 years after his sister. he was quite popular in school and even in the company for his height and physique, that's why he developed his prince syndrome. girls often flirted with him, he flirted back but nothing more than that. he had a relationship with then-trainee Jang Doyoon who was supposed to be a Seventeen member.

TRAINEE YEARS.

— 6 years. he joined May 2013.

TRAINEE BACKGROUND. 

— he was scouted when a pledis rep saw him with yeojoo, at first thinking that he's a boyfriend which he immediately corrected. he was asked to become a trainee and was promised to debut as soon as he's skilled enough. seeing how the company treated yeojoo, he wanted to quit but seeing yeojoo's thirst to become an idol, he decided to stay and train with her. namsoo was intended to debut with Seventeen but as soon as he was added to the lineup, pledis thought that namsoo doesn't fit the image they're going for for Seventeen so he was again left out to train some more. he was supposed to join Produce 101 season 2 but pledis decided to just include the Nu'EST members only. both him and his sister is having enough of the crap and decided to register for the latest season. the more time they're waiting for Han Sung Soo's empty promises, the more they're being left out and losing chances of debuting.
