~Dieting~

 

 

 

A friend of mine lost 7 kilos (around 15,5 pounds) in 15 days with this diet based on citrus, diet that seems pretty easy...says me who was just an onlooker🍪🍪🍪

Meals should be served every day at the same hour.

Breakfast consists from the same thing every day:
- one orange
- a slice of whole bread
- a cup of coffee or sugar-free tea

Day one

Lunch
-one orange
- a glass of buttermilk
- a boiled egg

Dinner
- chicken with two teaspoons of lemon juice
- a citrus fruit at your choice

Day two

Lunch
- 1 boiled egg
- salad with cucumbers
- yogurt or  buttermilk
- a citrus fruit at your choice

Dinner
- 120g beef
- one orange
- a slice of bread
- a cup of tea without sugar or lemonade

Day three

Lunch
- one orange
- buttermilk
- an egg
- a green salad or two cucumbers
- a lemonade

Dinner
- 120g beef
- one orange and a slice of bread
- a cup of tea without sugar or lemonade

Day four

Lunch
- 125g mild cheese
- a slice of bread
- two tangerines

Dinner
- a beef burger
- one orange
- a slice of whole bread
- a cup of tea or coffee without sugar

Day five 

Lunch
- 200g of cooked meat or fish
- a slice of whole bread
- two cucumbers

Dinner
- one pound of cooked vegetables
- a boiled egg
- a citrus fruit at your choice

REPEAT THIS SERIES OF FIVE DAYS, TWO MORE TIMES

PS: Of course you should try to drink at least 2 liters of water daily, if you can...I know I can't🤷‍♀️

And you should try to excercise some, if you can....I know I don't🤷‍♀️

 

Oh, one more thing, I'm not an expert, so I don't reccomend it or something, I was just excited when I saw her after these 15 days

That looks like a lot of citrus - maybe that's part of the a peel appeal - sorry, couldn't help that ;) Anyway, that much citric acid could cause heartburn/indigestion.
A lot of the weight loss would be water weight at first and not necessarily fat loss at the beginning.
Good that she cut out unrefined sugars and empty carbs though.
My question is how on earth she was able to down two cucumbers in one sitting?, unless cucumbers are smaller where you all are.

it sound lomost like my diet, breakfast two boil eggs, peanut butter toast and tea, with or with out sugar, peanut buter and jelly sandwich, two more boil eggs, and a drink, supper is the killer in this diet, you take a small bowl, like a ramen noodle bowl the black ones, you place whatever you are having for dinner in this one bowl and that all you are allowed, if you want a snack through out the day because you ate to early or whatever the reason, have fruit, just before bed have two more boil eggs and toast. I have been doing this diet for five years and lost 105 pound

Fifteen pounds in two weeks isn't that healthy. The most one should lose is six pounds a week, unless your like going from 600lbs to 200lbs within a year. But if your goal is to lose like 50-80lbs, I wouldn't recommend losing that much weight in so little of time. That's just my opinion, anyway.
