Here are acceptable faceclaim sources; for those who were too lazy or couldn't find it, basically, you post-summoned-reincarnation is your faceclaim - your full appearance (no changes), gender, age, race, and magic - which I hope doesn't turn you away from the application; if you're still interested, have fun developing your character!:
• Granblue Fantasy: SSR ; SR ; R
The most recommended for Magic Adventurers. I suggest these faceclaims for characters who use weapons and magic in conjunction or magic alone. For those only using magic, I would suggest looking at characters who use the "Staff" weapon. Remember you'll have to explain any animals with you, and if you're a "Harvin" race here, you're probably an elf (or elf halfling / quarterling) child.
• Grimm Notes: chaos ; 4 star ; 3 star ; heroes
Second-most recommended for Magic Adventurers. The stars often have themes, which would be interesting to see translate in the character's magic if you can think of it. The "chaos" characters seem magic oriented while most others are more melee oriented.
• Aurora Legend
Has a mix of Magic and Melee Adventurers depending but generally has only one or the other. Not a large selection, but worth a look if the other resources don't suit your tastes.
• Fire Emblem: Fates ; Awakening ; Heroes
Most recommended for Melee Adventurers but has the occasional mage or passable-as-a-mage healer for a Magic Adventurer, but only one or the other. A large selection with nice art.
• Atelier
Pretty much all Melee Adventurers.

Please replace the image on the top right of the cat with your faceclaim. Note that the image on the top right is a transparency. You're allowed to pick an image with a background, but I don't like stretched images so the transparency allows you to not have to worry about that. It should be an image of your character without any activated Active Blessings. (Also, you may change the background for the top right picture, behind the transparency, if you know how. Or you can ask.) The image on the top left can be changed (behind the button). The song button is from Soundcloud. If you need help changing it, please let me know so I can post a mini tutorial. The image on the bottom left may also be changed.
If you would like to change your name coming into a new world following the world's language conventions, here are some name-meaning sources; however, any names from the roots of these five languages are acceptable:

Traits: no max but an equal number of positive and negative traits and neutral traits welcomed; minimum is three positive and negatives each
Elaboration: can include mbti, alignment, etc; also please make sense with your previous age and background; ex: if you used to be a spoiled five year old, you're most likely not the most patient person out there unless something drastic happened in your two years in the Nine Realms

Earth Overview: from birth to leaving earth; be as simple or as detailed as you like; accepting sob stories, interesting circumstances from CEOs to shut-ins, and anything as long as it's humanly possible - you don't have to be average and normal but if it makes you happy, you can be; don't forget that you have to be in LA by the time of your summoning / reincarnation so please throw that in there
Midgard Overview: from summoned-reincarnation to receiving the Hiraeth invitation; be as simple or as detailed as you like; also, feel free to take advantage of earth knowledge and invent things, cook things, etc as long as it makes sense for your character to know them; be the next midgard krona-millionaire if that's what your character wants; some questions you can answer (don't have to answer all; just ones relevant to your character): where are you now? do you have a job outside of adventuring, and if so, what is it? what are your living conditions? what's your goal if you have one? what rank are you as an adventurer? were you adopted into a noble clan, or are you friends with some bigshot somehow?

Magic Analysis
Functional Fashion: describing the function of their appearance as well as any changes that occur between activating and deactivating active blessings - an official image(s) of your faceclaim in the different outfit is mandatory if you want your character to change clothes; yes, they can have multiple forms depending on the number and effects of their active blessing(s)
since Loki picked the outfits, the answer "for aesthetic" is acceptable for clothing function but not everything can be merely aesthetic. does your character have animal ears? does it actually improve their hearing? is it only attached to their clothing / hood? do you have pockets? did you come with a magic item bag?! is there fire resistance on your cape? does your magic work better with skin showing, which is why your midriff is showing? have long hair you can't cut for no reason? these are just example questions, but the more you can explain of your clothes, the better

Automatic Gifts: a look at the allspeak and appraisal abilities you've been given; essentially how do they work now; can the character write now, or since there's little need, do they only know how to write their name in at least three different ways? can they make their own item box, or did they decide to simply save up and buy an awesome item box instead? (or both?) what's their version of appraisal's name, and what does it look like?
Blessing(s): remember that order is important because order determines strength of the blessing; include invocation and abilities or passive effect; if you have a Spirit's descendent or some other magic-related-creature watching over you, placing her / him / they here is acceptable as well as the creature's duties, personality, etc
Adventure Style: essentially your fighting style; are you more support focused or are you an all-out assaulter? do you play well with others? what does your magic look like generally? any color schemes you notice? as a melee or magic adventurer, what are your strengths and weaknesses?
