background Little Tachibana Hachirou was born in Huangshi, China, to a unique pair of a Japanese father and Chinese mother. He mainly went with the japanese name because the family was quite traditionally paternal, and they all just liked the sound of that name best. He did have the full Chinese nationality. Because of the one child rule in China, he was the only little sunshine his parents had, but he was the only one they needed. He was a really precious, but mischievious kid, and it was visible in his expressions. He usually pulled the 'what are you looking at' face even when he was a little baby and couldn't say that sentence yet.

Ever since he was little toddler in kindergarten, he had a best friend named Hui. They were the mischievious kids of the group, they didn't even know what it meant at that time, but let's say they were partners in crime ever since they both had the same prank plan of starting a food fight on their first day of kindergarten. It was like they were meant to be together. They were always together, holding hands, but everyone saw them as best friends. The cuteness was too much. Hachirou was into music, and Hui was generally into biology and animals. They were bound to separate at one point, the two little boys expected to separate at college but then reunite again, but someting came in between, and they were forced to separate earlier than expected.

Hachirou's mom has a high position in a company that is spread through Asia, but she was transferred to the newly established branch in Korea when Hachirou was just 9 years old. He had to leave Hui, and there was barely any way of contacting him, because the little boys were too young for phones. They just wrote letters, but soon enough, they started to lose time and interest, so the letters slowly stopped, and the memories of their young life faded. Hachirou thought that it was a shame, but he was starting to concentrate on music. He took on the dual nationality of chinese-korean, and moved on with his life. Hachirou had his eyes set on the idol career. After years of practice, he started auditioning around at the age of 15. His first company was Starship.

When he was 17, he got the news that he was getting a new neighbour. They had a boy of the same age, but it didn't really ring a bell with Hachirou. Until they stood there, facing each other. His new neighbour was his old best friend, Feng Hui. How they flied into each other's arms, it was quite the sight. They had grown up so much, and their memories had faded, yet they could recognise each other so easily. Faith had brought them back together, and even though they used to be just best friends, this time, hearts started to flutter. Hachirou could also smell Hui much stronger this time. Hui had presented recently, and turned out to be an alpha. Hachirou still had to present, and he secretly hoped he was an omega. But little did he know that he had to wait for another two years. But he was indeed an omega. Maybe that was why they were bonded from the start?

In 2017, Hachirou's company contract had ended, and he was let go. he was a great trainee, but Starship had no plans for him, so they were better off with him gone. Hachirou started looking for companies again, and he ended up joining Star13 as one of the earlier trainees. He developed his skills and became someone who's good at all fields, but what he really flourished at was dance.

She does not have any feelings towards omega Hachirou, but when Hui's around, they still have this rivalry. She wants to be on top, but for Hachirou, Hui's on top. personality Hui is not what you'd expect from an alpha. People who don't know him actually expect that he's a beta. development They were best friends, are still best friends. They were always together in kindergarten and elementary school, holding hands without a worry about anyone around them judging them. They didn't realise that being gay is a thing and is generally frowned upon in China. The kids around them didn't suspect a thing either. But then hachirou moved out of the country. They had letters to write, but as they moved on and the memories faded, the letters stopped coming as well. They remembered each other, but never expected to see each other again, so they gave up.

Until Hui coincidentally came to live next door in Seoul. Their memories returned, and they swore to never let go of each other this time around, because the happiness they felt when seeing each other again was incredible. They believed that it was faith, that they just belonged together. Well, not in a romantic way, but in a bestie way. They're connected through the galaxies.

They have been besties again ever since, but ever since Hachirou presented, hearts have been beating faster, cheeks have been flushed. Hui had already presented himself as alpha, and when Hachirou turned out to be omega, they both realised that they might be meant to be more than besties. If Hachirou would’ve been ready for it, these two would’ve mated long ago. But for now, Hui just lets Hachirou do his thing. If any of the pair is in heat or a rut, Hui can smell Hachirou from miles away. Hui becomes extremely possessive when in rut (more than normal!), and will come barging in at the place where Hachirou is at that moment, and he’ll just growl and hiss at anyone who touches Hachirou, and he’ll hold his omega in his arms as much as he could.
