DO POSTERS MATTER?

Hey guys, I don't know why but this friend here is quite a noob.

 

I have put pictures as "posters" on my previous stories but for the past 3 stories, I didn't put anything. I suddenly realized how blank everything is and I'm now considering having posters made.

 

So, my question is basically, do posters really get your attention? Or do you think it is necessary? Any shops that you could recommend to me? Hihi.

 

LOL. I'M STUPID. I KNOW. HEHEHEHEHE.

In my personal opinion, I dont really mind tho when i have started reading the story. But, I think posters play a big portion in attracting readers to start reading your story.

I think they do. most stories i click on are bcos of the posters

yes, it is.
if its my fair pair, i'll check the story if it has poster or not. but for other pair or story, the poster would catch my attention first.
i was like 'Hye, your poster look nice.' click the story's link. something like that. hahaha xD

Since posters are more or less the first thing a reader sees, I'd say it can sometimes matter in bringing in potential readers.

as someone who makes graphics, I'm completely biased, but YES posters are super important. a good poster gets more readers. fact.
