The differences between Hana and Yeoshin are Yeoshin has paler skin, slightly larger eyes than Hana and their color are naturally grey. Her current BMI (Body Mass Index) is 15.99 kg/m2, means that she’s underweight (She’s about 167 cm tall but her weight is only 44.6 kg). She has long, straight black hair that reaches her waist. Usually, she leaves her hair fall backwards. She also has long nails accompanied her small hands. When she loses control over her powers due to her anger, her eyes and hair change color to a fiery crimson with embers fluttering from her head down.

Fashion style:

Yeoshin’s fashion sense is rather feminine. From the mid of the spring until the mid of autumn, she likes to wear skirts and loves to pair it with long-sleeved tops (even if the weather is hot and humid as if the sun is right above your head). As for the winter, she would bury herself in a thick coat. She prefers bright color than the dark one. She also loves to wear high top converses.

Personality traits:

INTJ
(+) Intelligent, Imaginative, Strategic, Decisive, High Self-confidence.
(=) Hard-working, Organized.
(-) Arrogant, Judgemental, Quiet, Overly-analitical.

Elaboration:

When you write a list of those smart cookies in Syndicate, you will find Lee Yeoshin's name in the list. Yeoshin prefer studies over stories. She don’t just lap up anything called a study. She look at the methodology involved and evaluate it. She also can figure things out with little information, see patterns within the chaos, passing finals with ease when she said that she didn't have time to study at all.

She daydreams a lot, more than she will ever dream at night. It seems like her brain is wired to involuntarily create scenarios in her mind. She have a vivid imagination, use daydreaming not as an escape but to explore her mind. She have the ability to curve away a little from the mundanity of life, think outside the box and build an entire new universe in her mind.

Her motto is “know your enemy, and act accordingly”. Don’t get her wrong, this isn’t an act of war or fighting. It’s more like, in any action, she study the different ways of approaching the situation, and settle on a path of action that requires the least effort & resistance while still achieving the required outcome.

When it comes to making a decision, she’s quick yet through in her thought process, not doubting oneself, and only having finalized her decision when she’s sure of herself - or, if not sure, is content with and believe in her ability to handle the consequences. She make the decision, take action, and commit to the action.

She is one of the most self confident types. She feels like she can do everything as long as it is backed up by logic (unless she have very solid proof against that). Sometimes, such high self-confidence is very irritating because it also brings a lot of optimism and if something doesn’t work out or she fail at something, she’s getting a huge dose of demotivation. But typically, such self-confidence drives positive results.

She does her works/tasks to the best of her abilities. She often have that happy face with signs of exhaustion. The feeling of accomplish something through hard work is a very satisfying one, even more than winning something the easy way. She always show up on time, do any given project to a reasonable degree, get her task done by/before the deadline, and do what others don’t want to do. She would never ask what minimum needs to be done.

Yeoshin like things to always be in order. She writes everything down like ‘to do’ tasks, grocery list, etc. She tracks where her money goes, she know exactly what she have spent and where. And the most important thing to her is, a place for everything and everything in its place. Looking for a misplaced items exudes time, stress and energy. She have a designated place for everything so that when she need it, she know exactly where it is. So, don’t mess up with her stuffs unless you want her to send you to hell, and when she decided to send someone to hell, not only she will be happy but will also be looking forward to the trip.

Yeoshin can also be your biggest curse. She is perfectly capable of carrying her confidence too far, falsely believing that she have resolved all the pertinent issues of a matter and closing herself off to the opinions of those she believe to be intellectually inferior. She can be brutally insensitive in making her opinions of others all too clear. Yeoshin tends to have set opinions about what works, what doesn’t, what she’s looking for, and what she’s not. These discriminating tastes can come across as arrogant, but Yeoshin would simply argue that it’s a basic filtering mechanism that allows her to direct her attentions where she will do the most good. The fact is that in friendship, Yeoshin are looking for more of an intellectual soul mate than anything else, and those that aren’t prepared for that kind of relationship are simply boring. Yeoshin need to share ideas, and a self-feeding circle of gossip about mutual friends is no kind of social life for her.

She tends to assuming things about someone without looking at the situation from every point of view. She is critically nitpicking and finding fault with another person, group of people, idea, or situation, seeing through the filter of her black/white beliefs, condemning something or someone as “bad,” “stupid,” “unworthy,” etc. But everyone uses judgement to decide many things in everyday life. Judgement is necessary to our survival. So it's not always bad.

She is also pretty quiet. She tends to be alone and don't like small talk. She wishes to get involved with no one and vice versa. You wouldn’t found her of crowds and would be seen alone in parks reading a book or sitting in under a tree happy with herself. She is actually talkative when she finds people with similar interests and will open up a lot to become the noisiest person.

Yeoshin is likely to have difficulties dealing with anything that does not require logical reasoning. When her critical minds and sometimes neurotic level of perfectionism are applied to other people, all but the steadiest of friends will likely need to make some distance from her.

Over all, it makes her a NOT likeable person. But she does have a much softer side for their friends and loved ones. She is willing to spend a great deal of time and effort on a relationship that she consider worthwhile, and likely to leave relationships that don’t work for her. And also, showing her the slightest form of love or friendship can mean the world to her.

Background:

Chapter 1: Early life

After a week of serving as a resident doctor at one of the hospitals in Incheon city, Lee Kangmin was already accustomed to hear emergency calls. He rushed to a room. There is a young woman with a weak body, who wanted to give birth. There was no one there. There was no family who came with her. She came alone with great effort. Kangmin didn’t have time to ask what her name was and where she came from. Her face was pale, but still looked beautiful. Her condition was bad. Her babies breeched. Before losing her consciousness, the woman was begging the doctor in charge, Park Kwangji, to save her babies.

When the caesarean section began, the room suddenly became colder. Snowflakes fell from the ceiling. Kangmin and Kwangji were confused. But they had to concentrate on saving the babies, so they kept their mouth shut.

They managed to save the babies. Fraternal twins, female and male. They look healthy and adorable. But they cannot save the woman. She died. Her body froze. The room was filled with snow piles. This doesn't make sense. Where did the snow come from?

The next day, a serious problem occurred. The woman's body was gone. Someone had taken her body away. The hospital also didn't know the identity of the woman, so there were no other families of the babies they could contact.

After negotiating with his wife, Kangmin finally adopted the babies. They named the baby girl with Yeoshin which means goddess, and the baby boy named Namshin which means god, because they were gifts from the gods to Kangmin's family.

Chapter 2: War Game

Yeoshin and Namshin grow up into adorable children. However, when they were 4 years old, they started doing strange things. Sometimes, when Yeoshin snapped her fingers, a flame sparked on her palms. Namshin once made the rain stop about an inch above his head, and pointed it to the other direction. Or worse, they said they will play a war game with Yeoshin as the villain, Namshin as the superhero, and some toys as the citizens, and what they mean by war game was, Yeoshin set all of Namshin's toys on fire and Namshin tried to save them by flooding his room with water from the bathroom.

Kangmin wasn't surprised at all of those odd things. Long before, he had expected that they were not ordinary children, just like their biological mothers. However, Kangmin's wife, Rayeon, panicked and yelled hysterically when she first saw it. Later Kangmin told her about a strange incident when their mother's caesarean section took place, how the room was suddenly filled with snow piles.

They kept those secret, pretending they knew nothing about odd things their son and daughter could do, as if it had never happened, and remind them not to "play" while they were outside the house, especially when there were other people around them. At home, they were free to "play" as long as they do not cause great damage.

Chapter 3: The Intruders

They haven't used their power often since entering elementary school. The eldest, Yeoshin, was more interested in studying and tended to be quiet, while Namshin careless about study and played more. He was very cheerful and talkative. He told her mother about every detail they did at school every day, sometimes accidentally telling stories about Yeoshin who accidentally burned one of her friends' lunch box. In such situations, Rayeon would pretend to not believe and scolded Namshin for telling a lie, and Namshin ended up getting a flick on his forehead from Yeoshin as a punishment for having told their secrets.

However, when they thought that no one else knew their secret, a group of people, dressed in all black, came to their house, claiming to be relatives of the twins and forcing to take the twins away with them. Rayeon recognized one of them as the homeroom teacher of Yeoshin and Namshin. Rayeon refused forcefully, trying to protect her children with all her might, until her life ended in the teacher's hands. This made yeoshin's blood boil and caused her to lose control, set their house on fire, burned down their house and the intruders who were still trapped inside. Namshin managed to take Yeoshin out of the house after struggled to make something in the form of a water shield. Kangmin arrived just as Namshin and Yeoshin managed to get out of the house that was already swallowed by fire.

Chapter 4: The Trainer

Exactly a month after the incident, Kangmin decided to move to the United States after getting an offer from one of the hospitals there. They decided to start new life by forgetting about the abilities that Yeoshin and Namshin have, worried that someone else would come and take the twins away, again. But that doesn't last long. Their new neighbor, a man who seemed to be in his mid-twenties named Edward Kim, came to them and offered to train Namshin and Yeoshin, because he thought that they had the potential to create a major disaster if they couldn't control the great power they had.

Later on, they learned that Edward was a water user, just like Namshin. And according to his story, his late mother was a fire user just like Yeoshin. Since he shared the same powers with Namshin, he trained Namshin personally, while Yeoshin learned from the legacy notebook of the late mother of Edward. At first, Namshin was very enthusiastic to learn about his abilities, but soon hated it because Edward scolded him every day, reminding him to be patient and concentrate. Namshin was basically not a patient person and he found himself difficult to concentrate, so he was always looking for reasons to skip training. On the other hand, Yeoshin actively studied from the legacy notebook, quickly mastering several techniques of controlling fire, but never used it unless in a very urgent situation. She was still traumatized by the incident several years ago when she burned down their house in Incheon.

Edward not only trained them, but also filled a brother's role for them when their father wasn't at home. Kangmin could focus on working because he believed that Edward would take good care of the twins. For Kangmin, Edward was like his own son. He was very close to Edward, to entrust the security of his children to him.

Chapter 5: The New Math Teacher

After Kangmin's employment contract in California ended, they moved to Tokyo, Japan. Kangmin doesn't want to go back to South Korea because he was afraid that someone will recognize his children and try to take them away. He was also still traumatized of the incident that had taken the life of his beloved wife. Namshin was the saddest person when they have to part with Edward. Edward had to promise to call him frequently and often visit them in Japan so Namshin would stop crying. Yeoshin also cried, and that made Edward stunned because it was the first time he saw Yeoshin cry after 6 years of knowing her. Kangmin suggest Edward to move with them to Japan, but Edward refused.

In the first weeks they lived in Japan, Namshin was having a hard time because he could not speak Japanese at all. On the other hand, Yeoshin learned quickly, but she was still difficult to adapt because she wasn't a person with a social mind like Namshin. As the results, they stayed in their house throughout the day, waiting for their tutor to teach Japanese to them, waiting for a call from Edward, and waiting for their father to come home.

It took at 2 whole months for Namshin to be able to know Japanese in a very simple form, and Yeoshin had to wait for 2 whole months so that Namshin could help her in adapting to her new neighborhood.

However, after a year of living in Tokyo and being able to adapt well, someone they thought had died in the incident 7 years ago appeared before them. Their math teacher was on maternity leave, so the math class will be taught by a new teacher. And to their shock, their new math teacher was the same person as their homeroom teacher in elementary school who had killed their mother. Namshin jumped to his feet, pulled Yeoshin's hand and intended to escape from the room, but it was too late, because she had attacked them first. The teacher also attacked a group of students who were jostling at the exit. Namshin and Yeoshin cannot provide meaningful resistance. Yeoshin was still in shock to the point that she didn't know what to do, while Namshin only focused on protecting Yeoshin and his other friends. Luckily, Edward was in Tokyo, and somehow he could arrive at their school on time and save them.

Kangmin was so shocked by this incident. He even thought of moving to a small country which was very far from South Korea and Japan, but Edward suggested bringing the twins back to South Korea. He knew one of the professors in Syndicate, a school that accommodates students with special abilities such as Yeoshin and Namshin. Kangmin was actually not willing if his children had to return to South Korea, but if it was for their safety, there was nothing else he could do other than agree with Edward's suggestion.

Twin Brother|Lee Namshin|Enthusiastic, eloquent, dynamic, competitive, mischievous, impatient|10/10|
[Fc: Monsta X's Minhyuk]

Yeoshin cares great deal for her (younger) fraternal twin brother, who look up to her in return, even though he’s a constant victim of her teasing insult when he says or does something stupid. Yeoshin still treats Namshin like a baby brother even though they are grown up, makes sure he eats properly, wake him up in the morning because alarm clock doesn’t budge him, and even ties his shoe lace. Sometimes Namshin thinks that she’s his mother.

Like any other twins, they tries to protect each other with all their powers. Yeoshin is willing to put herself in harm way if Namshin is in danger, and Namshin will do the same if Yeoshin is in danger. They also have that certain twins bond, makes them able to finish each other sentences/thoughts.

Father|Lee Kangmin|Curious, observant, enthusiastic, friendly, emotional|8/10|
[Fc: Ma Dongseok]

Yeoshin greatly respects to her father. Even though they barely spends time together, it’s clear that they are close like any other father and daughter. Yeoshin makes sure she takes good care of Namshin (of course, with Edward’s help) so her father wouldn’t worry and could focus on his work.

Kangmin also frequently call her and Namshin every time he has a brief break. And when he has time off - which is rare - on weekends, he always takes them to the amusement park, Namshin’s favorite place, but Yeoshin pretends like she likes it too, so her father wouldn’t be sad.

Trainer|Edward Kim|Optimistic, energetic, creative, rational, stubborn, insensitive|9/10|
[Fc: Vixx's Ravi]

His house is next to Yeoshin’s house. He’s her trainer and an older brother figure to her and Namshin. He knew that Yeoshin and Namshin have those special abilities and offered to train them. While he train Namshin personally, he let Yeoshin learn from a legacy notebook his late mother gave him, and watched for her depelovement.

It's not known exactly how old Edward is, as he doesn't get older at all in the 11 years since they met, and Yeoshin doesn’t care about it, as well as Namshin and Kangmin. Yeoshin once had a crush on him, but it doesn’t last long since she knew that Edward is way too old for her.

Crush|Kang Minwoo|Intelligent, creative, overconfident, mischievous, unforgiving|7/10|
[Fc: Monsta X's Kihyun]

His rather bad first impression left a strong dislike on him. She hated everything about him, especially after he ended up befriending her brother and have that evil bond. She know her brother is mischievous, but he never play mean. Minwoo is the brain of their evil mischievousness. He gives bad influence to her brother.

She wishes not to involve with him and vice versa, but since he is close friends with Namshin, it is impossible to avoid him. They ends up bickering for stupid reason whenever they meet. But after the rookie idol incident, Yeoshin started to feel a strange thing. Her heart beats faster whenever he saw him doing cute things. What’s this feeling?

Later on, somehow yeejin manages to give her an advice for her personal problem, and Yeoshin finds herself, surprisingly, following her instructions by instinct, which started their friendship. Yeoshin begins to open up with other people with Yeejin influence, something Namshin said was strange for her. Yeoshin smiles a lot and be less quiet when she’s with Yeejin.

power   : Fire manipulation 🔥
Back-up : Air Manipulation 🌪

Elaboration:

Yeoshin can create, shape and manipulate fire, the rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic chemical process of combustion, releasing heat, light, and various reaction products, flame being the visible portion of the fire. Depending on the substances alight, and any impurities outside, the color of the flame and the fire's intensity will be different. The size of the flames is also up to her, ranging from the size of a palm to being able to lite an entire room.

She can create fire using her internal heat source in addition to controlling already existent flames. She have to be able to maintain a constant source of energy and balance in battle, unleashing a volley of direct, successive attacks. Due to solar affinity, Yeoshin is stronger during the day and at her full power at noon, but completely ineffective during a solar eclipse. When a comet passes close to the planet, Yeoshin’s power is greatly increased.

 Techniques:

Shield of fire aaaaa.

This technique allow her to create a protective shield of fire in front of, or around her, that can deflect attacks and explosions.

Fire Streams aaaaa.

A basic ability, Yeoshin can shoot continuous streams of fire from their fingertips, fists, palms, or legs.

Fire-Jabs aaaaa.

Another basic ability, jabs and punches produce miniature fireballs and missiles of flame. These can be charged up to create larger, slower bursts, or swiftly and repetitively fired to keep opponents off balance.

✿ Fire Blade aaaaa.

By narrowing and condensing her flame projections, Yeoshin can create thin blades of fire to slice through objects without completely destroying them.

✿ Interwined Fire Stream aaaaa.

An advanced move based on the basic fire stream, allow her to direct two powerful fire streams at her opponent, though by intertwining the two streams, a massive, comet-shaped fire stream is formed that has more power than the single stream.

✿ Blue Flame aaaaa.

She creates intensely hot blue flame that surrounds and burn the enemy. Her flame can incinerate anything to the point of leaving absolutely no ashes and will not produce smoke.

✿ Goddess Flame aaaaa.

An advanced form of blue flame, Yeoshin is capable of unleashing a colorless flame, at a temperature exceeding 1500°C, to instantly incinerate anything, though she cannot control it consciously. But there is a price she must pay. The more often she uses this technique, the more she will lose her sense of smell.

aaaaa. Not Dangerous

aaaaa. Moderately Dangerous

aaaaa. Dangerous

aaaaa. Extremely Dangerous

Before came to the Syndicate, Yeoshin learned to control her power from a legacy notebook Edward gave her, during her days in California. She learned various techniques of controlling fire. She learned those techniques quickly, but she never used them except in urgent situations. She hates to use her power, worried that she would cause another big mess. But that doesn't mean she never use her power. She often, unconsciously uses her power, like when Edward came home and saw that his carpet was singed from Yeoshin practicing for her dance recital, or when her father come home and saw the couch caught on fire while Yeoshin was watching Insidious.

 Weaknesses:

❀ An extreme cold temperatures reduce Yeoshin's abilities.
❀ Controlling  and  manipulating  great  amounts  of  fire  over  an  excecive  periods of time is exhausting, and she would starts to feel week or/and even faint, and  be  left  unconscious  for hours.
❀ Yeoshin’s powers is connected to her present emotional state. If she lose her temper, her powers force is intensified, but in turn, control is lost.
❀ Her power's connection to the sun results in a lessening of strength during the night and a complete loss of her ability during a solar eclipse.

Kang Minwoo
You know what the problem is?! You and your arrogancy!

Name               : Kang Minwoo (강민우)
Faceclaim          : Monsta X's Kihyun
Back-up Faceclaim  : -
Personality Traits : (See App)
Elaboration        : (See App)

First Meeting:

They’re going to be late for class again. Damn you Lee Namshin! She was sure her brother was sitting next to her 5 minutes ago, but where is he now?

Yeoshin sighed heavily and went to find her brother. When she finally found him, she saw him talking to a student she didn't know. Yeoshin was just about to call him when she saw the person he talked to shoved him.

“Aren’t you being too harsh? He’s just trying to help you, and you shoved him with your dirty hands? Never heard the word thank you, huh?” Yeoshin yelled. How dare you shove my brother in front of my eyes?

“Noona, it’s okay. Don’t worry about me. His nose is bleeding. We need to get him to the clinic.” Oh, not again. Stop being too nice to a complete stranger, you brat. He said leave him alone.

“Why would we? He said he’s okay. He wants to be left alone. Let him be.” Yeoshin replied coldly.

“But still, he needs to be trea-”

“We’re already late for the class.” She cut him off as she grabbed his hand and dragged him along with her.

Development:

Yeoshin feel irritated whenever she saw Minwoo. She hated him from the first time she meet him. He had a bad influence on her brother and Yeoshin really hated it. She hated everything about him. He was so close with Namshin that Yeoshin had no option but to meet him often. The two ended up bickering for stupid reason whenever they meet.

One day, Namshin begged her to go to amusement park and she couldn’t say no to him. She was happy because she thought only the two of them would leave, but that happy feeling immediately evaporated after seeing Minwoo waiting for them at the gate.

When Namshin went to buy some ice cream for them, a group of people dressed in all black passed by. The memory of her former homeroom teacher and her people came to her mind, causing her to shake in fear. She doesn't remember how she ended up pulling Minwoo's coat and hide her face with it, in such a way that it looked like she was hugging him.

At first Yeoshin thought he would be angry and tossed her to them, but she was wrong. Minwoo let her cling to him and tried to soothe her despite not knowing what happened to her.

Namshin came back a few minutes later and shocked to see his sister in such state. Before Namshin could shoot Minwoo with hundreds question, he managed to tell him what had happened. Yeoshin didn't hear what they were talking about next because she was already busy with her ice cream.

Actually Yeoshin was very grateful for Minwoo for hiding her from the men in black and thinking of not being rude anymore to him. But he started to annoy her again and they ended up fighting again, to the point where Namshin lost it with both of them.

"Oh, shut up, the pair of you!" Said Namshin heavily, as Minwoo opened his mouth to argue back. Yeoshin and Minwoo both froze, looking angry and offended.

“Can't you guys give it a rest? You are always having a go at each other, it's driving me mad.” Namshin said before leaving them. Oh, shut up, Lee Namshin. You’ll pay for this later.

There was also a day when Edward came to visit them. Yeoshin was so happy to see him and burst to hug him. There was nothing wrong, wasn't it? It’s just Edward. So why was Minwoo so upset and doesn't want to talk to her all day? Well, it should be nice not to see Minwoo wandering around all day, right? So why was she sad when Minwoo ignored her?

“Look, who's upset of being ignored by her boyfriend?” Edward teased.

“What? NO, I didn’t. And he is not my boyfriend.”

“Yes, you did. And he is your boyfriend.”

“No, He is NOT.”

“But you do like him, don't you?”

“Oh, shut up, Ed!”

Interactions: Like in the relationship section? We trust you to write them well XD

Status: Sworn enemies turned friend who developed crushes on one another.

Trivia:

Yeoshin calls him Kang Mina because when Namshin call him Min with suffix –ah, it sounds like Mina to her.

Yeoshin likes to tease Minwoo by saying he's too short that he's only 5cm taller than her.

The two bicker like an old married couple pretty much constantly.

Yeoshin is the only person who can persuade Minwoo when he have a fight with Sojin.

Yeoshin strongly dislike physical contact, but doesn’t mind when Minwoo leans his head on her shoulder.

Ideal Ending: I'll leave it to you.

I collabed with my friend for the twin character, and yeah, we dabated for 2 whole week just to choose their power and write their background. We changed their background 3 times, and decided to use EXACTLY same background. We also matched their layout. I am not sure if I write her well. Please like her!!

 Scene Requests:
✿ Yeoshin's crying like a toddler and no one but Namshin can understand what she is saying.
✿ Yeoshin accidentally sets a couch or something on fire while watching an emotional scene on a drama.
✿ Yeoshin lost her temper and turned to her Shana form (fiery crimson eyes and fiery crimson hair, with embers fluttering from her head down).
✿ Edward managed to visit the twins in the Syndicate, Yeoshin run to him and hugs him, while Namshin just stands there and shakes his head. later on he asks Yeoshin whether she really doesn't have feelings for Edward.

Password: "I don't care about it, as long as they do not intend to feed us poison and turn us into an army of terrible creatures for their benefit."
