Things i feel strongly towards

1) Unjust parents.

It's impossible to ever ask for a perfect parent, but unfortunately, many parents do harm than good to their children. This is something we must understand. Don't ever just carelessly say to a suffering child that family means everything, or family is the only thing that will ever care, or mother knows best.

A family that abuses you, means nothing. But never give up trying. Effort to better ourselves is never wasted.

a. Parents controlling children's independence through money

It makes sense for a while, but many parents tie their grownups down by not letting them work - this goes well into many friends of mine in their mid-twenties and that’s ridiculous.

b. Parents who emotionally abuse children

c. Parents who fuel insecurity in children

When a parent assures a child they aren't good enough, it’s devastatingly impactful to a child’s development.

d. Parents who ignore child depression

Because it's embarrassing to admit that one way or another it maybe their fault.

e. Parents who ignore or condition a child’s uality

Puberty is a confusing time, and there onwards a child’s development is rapid. Many parents who condition their kids on uality, or simply refuses to provide any support or explanation during this time, is simply .

2) Millennials

Being a part of this generation, I could relate to these

a. You are not special

Unfortunately this is not what we are told, even though it is the exact opposite. With the world population at 7 billion and growing, the only thing a person has become is replaceable. No one is born special. Exams and qualifications have turned all heads guageable, and has made it easy for our employers to put a definite value on our heads. Google and Facebook has turned our habitual patterns to goods sold for cheap money. The moment you enter the workforce, you are replaceable in every other way.

Understanding this logically, we must fuel ourselves to build emotional strength to persevere our future.

b. Trend of being your own boss

Most friends of mine hate their job. They dream of starting their own thing, and being their own boss. The entrepreneurship industry is booming and more and more startups are blossoming. I strongly feel we maybe gauging our financial gain against personal comfort, and are swayed by the trend. Being your own boss is very demanding, and as a group of individuals who are so used to instant gratification - we may not be prepared for the tiresome and time consuming effort that goes behind being that. It's something you must consider with a future goal in mind, against being swayed by trends.

c. Social presence

In the age of so called social media influencers, the presence of a person is largely dependent on social media. Anyone who's a potential employee gets Googled. Unfortunately we are all well aware that 500 friends on Facebook or 300 linked-in connections are a large pool of people that cannot genuinely vouche for your performance. One of the larger negatives is that social media had only improved privacy policies recently. Large archives from many years ago can still be accessed, so most of our dumb tweets and mean Facebook comments of our teenage or childhood years can be dug up quite easily.
Millennials have left a traceable digital footprint and we should all be well aware of our behavior online.

d. Spending habits

Working millennials are bombarded with smartphones and go-pros and all sorts of electronic machinery that expire within the span of two years. New technology breaks in every other day and investments in any sort of electronic devices soon become a liability than an asset. Millennials should focus on investing in material that become an asset to their future - and this is becoming more and more difficult as fluctuations in currency value become more frequent and unpredictable, and rapid depletion of land space.

e. Bachelors and Masters Degrees

Education and qualification is becoming more commonplace resulting higher academic competition, but is not reducing in the aspect of affordability. There are many students who decide to work on their masters straight after their bachelor’s degree, without even considering joining the workforce midway. There is a large gap working experience must fulfill in your career before you can start earning your bachelor/master money back, and longer you spend without work environment exposure... the longer it will take for you to adjust.

f. Sense of unfullfilment

Luckily for the future generations, millennials are concerned about making an impact. From climate change to world hunger, the millennials are working very hard to solve larger problems than our elders have ever genuinely tried to tackle. Little errands starts to make less sense for millennials and a sense of unfullfilment looms over our every failure. The honest reason for this is that we millennials are unsure of what we genuinely want accomplished in our lives. We have suffered no great depression and we have not survived a world war. Raised in political comfort, our sense of direction and progression is dull than it had been for our previous generations.

I'm not sure if you read all of it, and these are few concerns I have. I have a lot more to write down but this is all for now.
