[The Elemental Alignment of Tiffany (Stephanie, Miyoung) Hwang - she has like seven names, born August 1, 1989 - Leo. For this reading, I channeled a lot of information for her energy and then moved on to getting an understanding of her energy from a song of hers, “Over My Skin”, as well as a small portion of a recent live stream. I used the Wild Unknown: Animal Spirit Oracle deck and my Rider-Waite tarot. This spread is an original design by me. This reading lasted 1 hour.]

 

 

Initial Impression: Pre-Reading

Most of this “Initial Impression” reading was channeled before I even set up my space for the reading and it was kind of keyboard-smashed into a text document rather than written in my notebook during meditation. The information is detailed and I did clean it up a bit, but try to look past it if it seems jumbled, lol.

A humble Queen — Her energy was very regal and I had the image of a Queen very finely dressed walking amongst peasants (lol), she was stopping to speak with people, she was holding her hands out to them, laughing with them, she was just mingling with them. It’s like she’s very aware of her status and she knows that she deserves said status, however, she is also aware of her place as a role model and her capability in being charitable in some way. She is a Leo, but she feels like a Leo that is actually holding onto a lot of Earth energy. I always associate Leos with both Fire and Earth as they are in fact Fire Signs, but also carry a grounded and caring nature along with self-awareness that stems from their connection with people and their almost constant projection from their core.

 

It feels like she comes from more humble roots, not poor necessarily, definitely comfortable enough for her to have a good upbringing, but humble enough for her to really enjoy a sudden shift in character when she became an idol. There was a sense of being very satisfied with herself as a child, not really looking for much else. It’s kind of like the fame itself just fell on her out of nowhere, like she wasn’t exactly looking for it, but she accepted it. She accepted it as a challenge, but not one for her to exert victory over but a challenge where she was more concerned about proving to herself that she could. Part of her just wanted to see how far it could go.

I had the image of her just literally jumping off a cliff, literally just “taking a chance” or “taking the plunge” and just seeing where it would take her.

Fire and Earth, karmic cycle — There was a lot of Fire energy when she was really, really young, which for Leos is usually the case, and then it went to Earth (this was where she was “satisfied within herself”), and then there was a lot of Fire energy around her late teens going into her early twenties. The humbleness she carries now was not in her prior to this bigger Fire period, but her lack of humbleness, lack of balanced Earth is actually what allowed her to elevate and succeed.

There was something though that kind of knocked her back down into that humble state where she is now. It would have been something physical or something within her relationships amongst her family and friends — the Earth energy was sort of offsetting the Fire and causing a big upset with something that would have ripped her out of the Fire energy. This could have just been a subconscious shift, but it feels very physical, very grounded, it has substance to it — it would have been something the general public would have seen or noticed. I know she went solo from Girls’ Generation at some point and that may be it, but I feel like that was just one of the few things that “brought her back down to Earth”.

So, basically, the image I was seeing was a line going up and down, showing the cycle between the Fire energy and the Earth energy. As a typical Leo child she would have embodied more of that core energy, was probably described as spoiled or bratty, but she was able to become more self-aware in the pre-teen stage. There was still a lot of focus on the self then, but I was seeing a lot of energetic connection coming through from her family, and this is what was potentially bringing her out of herself even more where she was able to put more focus and compassion toward other people. Then, that Fire energy came back, that BIG LEO energy came through in the late teens and was carried through into the early twenties, but then “collapsed” after.

The cycle she’s in might continue, but she’s very grounded in her Earth energy now, and there is awareness of it. There’s a lot of overhanging Air energy, a lot of contemplation over events in her life. I really don’t think she takes any of what she experiences in life for granted. A lot of Leos can be so stuck in their egos that they let karmic shifts completely pass them by or completely them up because they refuse to align and question themselves. I feel like she really accepted the lessons and uses her experiences to consciously better herself and appreciate what she has. I think that’s where the “humble Queen” vibe comes from as she is of high status in society, but a lot of compassion is there for the “common folk” who she really doesn’t see as being separate from herself in any way due to the fact that she has had experiences where she’s fallen from a Leo high.

This up and down energy does seem to be karmic, a lot of these “down” moments were meant to happen as a way for her to move away from becoming self-centered or thinking of herself as being above other people. She is meant to maintain compassion and wide-ranging acceptance of people in general. I feel like now, and in the years to come, charity work, activism, and social/political awareness might be things she focuses on or encourages others to focus on very openly.

This here is the end of my original channeled notes from before the reading began. At this point, I was going to try and sync up with her energy even more by watching performances or interviews since I still didn’t really know anything about her other than her name and her birthday. The first thing that came up on YouTube when I searched her name was a newer song called “Over My Skin”. I listened to it (a total jam) but it wasn’t really enough for me to vibe any more than I already was, it was like it just had a breath of the Earth energy that I was picking up on. And that does make sense since she probably records her music while projecting more Leo Fire than Leo Earth energy. Because of that, I was going to look for a live performance of the song, but when I searched for it all that came up was a recent Instagram live stream that she did the day the song was released.

I ended up watching some of that instead, and I think I need to start doing that when I read for celebrities/idols that I’m not really familiar with since you get a more candid feel for them than when they are doing performances or interviews. I did only watch the first 10 minutes of it because I had a few other readings to do that day, but I did see that her more relaxed self was definitely more based in Earth energy, very Empress-y energy. So, it seems that she can turn the Fire on and off which is great for a performer and very typical for Leos — projecting the Sun while performing, humble and grounded when their comfortable or feel like no one is looking.

 

This here is the set of cards that came out while shuffling the deck through her energy and , I SEE SOME HUMBLE QUEENS IN THERE!!

So, in the center, you have the Queen of Wands (Wands = Fire = Leo = Tiffany) who stares out at the 3 of Cups (community and celebration), and has turned her attention away from the 7 of Pentacles (more materialistic pursuits). This is her current state of being, more focused on connecting with people, enjoying her time, doing what makes her happy, rather than just working for the sake of building up revenue that she herself may not even get to harvest.

Over top, in the position of a mindset, she has the Queen of Pentacles (Earth energy, humble, motherly) with the Page of Swords. The page of Swords is that slight, but definitely present awareness, the contemplation of the events. It’s where she sifts through all that has happened and where she ponders on what she wants to happen — those things are being more influenced by the Queen of Pentacles who is secure with what she has, and thus leads her to the 3 of Cups.

That’s where her energy is. She’d be a fun person to hang out with, I’m sure.

 

The Reading:

Okay, first off we need to talk about the fact that her core is being represented by a Spirit Alignment and is literally her Higher Self. Second, we need to talk about the fact that that is confirmed by the fact that she has all her alignments balanced, with Earth being a Spirit Alignment with a corresponding Earth energy, like?? Okay, go the off, Queen!

She is quite literally in line with her soul progression, fulfilling and heading towards her soul purpose here in this lifetime. She is filling her spot, playing her role, however you want to look at it — she’s right where she needs to be at this time. Pretty amazing all the way around, especially since we can see that the Earth Spirit Alignment flows into the current core that is being overlooked by a Fire energy in the Higher Self position. It’s all very interesting.

 

 

Current State of Core Energy: Cosmic Egg - Spirit

There are seven Spirit cards in this deck and each one corresponds with one of the seven chakras. This card here is the very last one in the deck and goes with the Crown Chakra. The keywords for this card are ‘Completion, Harmony, The Infinite Within The Finite’.

Again, she is aligned with her Higher Self. Her core energy is currently being piloted entirely by her Higher Self, driven towards the fulfillment of her soul purpose. It’s kind of intense, lol. I want to share a small piece of the description for this card here:

“The Cosmic Egg is the final card in the journey of the Animal Spirit deck, and it represents the unfolding of cosmic consciousness. This state emerges after we have tread the path for quite some time, and through self-effort and grace we experience self-realization. A sense of contentment and oneness spontaneously arises within us, and the veils of our self-limiting beliefs are lifted.”

The cycle that I mentioned above between the Fire and Earth probably could have gone on forever, she could have literally experienced high highs and low lows for her entire life, but because of that Air influence, that ability to conceptualize and analyze events and see them as significant and something to learn from, she actually aligned herself. That’s pretty ing rad.

 

 

Elemental Water Alignment: Oyster - Water

Usually, I really hate this card because a lot of the times when I get it in the Water alignment, it is usually a trapped energy, hiding emotions and feelings out of shame and whatnot, but the card here is just GLOWING. I’m pretty sure when the artist created this card this is the energy they intended for it. This is a “blessed” card, something to signify inner gifts that people usually aren’t aware of, or that they are aware of, but choose to keep them under lock and key for the sake of a simple charming appeal — kind of like locking up the spellbook.

For this, it feels like it is both in the subconscious and the conscious realm, the understanding of both the intuitive nature and the ability to manifest like the Leo energy. Leo intuition is often times very grounded in the superficial, similar to Capricorns, so they can usually read people very easily, size them up and figure them out. I think this is the part that is in the conscious realm. She is very aware of people and I think she can probably call someone’s bull a mile away, but she’ll still play nice with them. I can literally see her kind of like, almost asking someone to just try and her over now. Like, she wants you to just try so she can catch you in it and call you out. I mean, she wouldn’t actually do that (I think? >.>) but that’s what the conscious secret is, her secret superpower — bull detection, you can not her over, it’s just not going to happen.

The subconscious secret, the one she might be keeping from herself or at least, not fully acknowledging would be the ability to literally do whatever she wanted and succeeding without hardly any obstacles. This is a prideful Leo gift, someone who embraces that Fire, but still remains aware of the Earth energy, the clay that they can mold, and then bake solid in that Fire. There might be some meekness or some lingering dependency on other people with her in terms of her career. Like, she may feel that she still needs to hang on to labels or to certain styles or something like that, just like a security blanket. Like, it’s not that big of a deal, but it shows there are some areas of her life where she does not feel very self-assured. Like, she can still succeed and do great things whether she’s aware of it or not, but there’s just a wee bit of hesitation in there.

 

 

Elemental Fire: Hyena - Fire

Again, there’s energy being hidden somewhere. This feels like it is connected to the previous alignment. That is very common where the emotional state (Water) will affect the ability to act on something or to project energy into something (Fire). I think this has something to do with why there is such an emphasis on the fact that she can catch people in their bull — she’s probably been ed over more than once in her lifetime, more than a thousand times in this industry, I’m sure.

It’s kind of contradicting itself with these first two alignments. I can see the energies kind of knocking against each other, and this might explain the Fire energy that resides in the position of the Higher Self.

Basically, what I’m seeing is the Fire energy is still trying to like… be Fire energy? It’s trying to rip itself out of the Earth constraint that is manifesting itself as these self-imposed blocks with secret keeping, trying to stay with what is safe, and here with this card that speaks of hiding resentment towards people and past relationships.

I might have to actually take that back about the whole “she broke herself out of the cycle thing” — she didn’t. This is part of the cycle, and the cycle is part of her soul progression. She’s in a learning period, but the Earth energy is where she’s going to end up, basically. That might be why the Queen of Wands (Fire) and the Queen of Pentacles (Earth) appeared separately in the Tarot pull.

What’s happening is that the Earth energy is her Higher Self and the Fire is, of course, her Leo core, but what happens is that the Higher Self will drop down into the core center (that’s how you align with the HS), but then the Leo core goes up and takes the place above and separates from the Earth energy now residing in the core. Because the Fire energy is the core, it tries to rip itself down, but the vibration of the Higher Self, as well as these self-imposed (conscious) blocks, it’s not able to. That would be the cycle. She’s still in a growth phase and I wouldn’t be surprised if sometime within the next few years she really skyrockets with another album that does really well, or she branches out with her career again, something that would signify the Fire energy coming back down into the core while the Earth energy moves back above.

Either way, she is still aligned here, this is a balanced alignment here, and this is what this alignment is meant to be at this time.

 

 

Elemental Earth Alignment: Bear - Earth + Black Egg - Spirit

See, this is what I mean. There is Spirit energy (a HS alignment) with Earth, but there’s still a vibration there with the bear that does still say it is balanced, but it’s the Earth energy with the lowest vibration in the deck. So, it’s like… you know… a thing I guess?? I have no ing idea omg. You know she was really easy to understand before I went and tried to break everything down, lol.

Okay, I’m going to actually try to make sense of this in words because I’m seeing how this is working out now, but it’s probably going to be jumbled so… pay close attention.

The HS is Earth energy, the Core is Fire. Earth can drop into the Core while Fire rises above and stays within the unconscious — this does not mean either of them is ever overshadowing the other, they are always equal partners, but what resides in the core is what is projected, and is therefore what influences the subconscious thought process. Tiffany is currently projecting more Earth energy, meaning Earth is in the Core, the HS (Cosmic Egg) is in the core, while the Core energy Fire is above it (Zebra).

That’s why a Spirit card resides here in the Earth alignment— because it is sharing energy through the core, from that HS Earth energy. The Bear card is the first card in the entire deck, it’s keywords are ‘Waking from spiritual slumber, beginning anew’. Meaning that this Spirit Card, the Black Egg, is still new here, like this current stage of the cycle with Earth in the core and Fire above it is still relatively new. It could have been this way for years, but in terms of how long this leg of the cycle will last, they’re still in the beginning cycle.

The Black Egg is associated with the fifth chakra, the Throat Chakra. It has to do with speaking the truth and expressing yourself as you are. It relates to the Page of Swords (Air = Intellect and Communication) and the 3 of Cups (Community and celebration, joy).

The Earth end of the cycle is here for her to settle down and step out of her ego, away from Fire, and to connect with people and to see the truth within herself. It’s a karmic thing, she’s learning something through all of this, basically. I actually have a lot of trouble seeing into peoples’ karmic cycles. Like, I can see them, but I can’t always see why they are the way they are or what their purpose is exactly, or where they are in terms of progress through that karmic cycle. I mean it’s not really my business anyway, so...

It’s very confusing. I’m confused. I don’t ing know how to put this into words, lol. Y’all remember the humble Queen? Those were good times, weren’t they? Simpler times...

Elemental Air Alignment: Eagle - Air

Now, I was hoping that the Eagle would be a bit more straightforward, and I may or may not have gotten my prayers answered. Let’s dive in~

The Eagle is a high vibrational energy in the deck and I think this definitely goes along with what I had said about the Air influence previously. In the beginning, I thought that the Air influence, Tiffany’s ability to conceptualize and analyze events in her life lead her to align, but in actuality she’s not technically aligned, but the Air influence does have an effect on the shift, going from one side to the other.

Think about it as someone deciding that they are going to quit their job and blow all of their money on moving across the country. Consider that the Fire Core. When they get to the other side of the country they realize they don’t have a lot of money and need to actually save money and be very careful about where and how they spend the money they do have so that they don’t literally go completely broke. Consider that the Air Influence. So what they do is they tone their down a bit, stay in low-income places, get a low paying job because it’s the only place that’s hiring, and they build up their money again, slowly but surely. Consider that the Earth Energy. Then they have money, they have a good chunk saved and they realize that they deserve something better than a low-income job and low-income accommodations. Air Influence. So they quit that job and buy a house. Fire.

You see what I mean? That’s how that works. That’s the cycle pattern.

See? I knew I knew what I was talking about. ;)

 

 

Higher Self Core Alignment: Zebra - Fire

In case you guys didn’t know, because of how I read I don’t actually look at the descriptions of the cards until I’m completely finished with the reading and am sitting down to type this document. I am legit so excited because this is legit Tiffany’s core energy, definitely not her HS, I’m not even ing kidding. I was so spot on with that channeled info at the beginning, lol, I’m so rad.

I’ll leave you with the full description of the card here because I feel like I’ve dissected all of this enough that it would probably do us all some good to just have a nice simple closing to this reading.

Final Thoughts

I like her. I like her energy, she seems really nice. She makes good music from what I heard and what I saw in the live stream she really does seem to care about her work and her fans. As you can see, I had a bit of a tough time getting through the reading in terms of explaining things, but I think that really reflects where Tiffany is now. She is still kind of getting used to this Earth end of the cycle, she’s figuring out what she’s doing, what she wants to do, how she’s going to do it, and that’s ing awesome.

Overall, I thought this was a great read. I really do enjoy reading for women because that projected feminine energy is always very open and very easy to look into, so I had fun here in spite of all the confusion there in the middle, lol.
