Delete everything and throw away everything that would remind you of them. Unless it's a gold bracelet or something expensive then give it to me. Jk. Just let someone keep them for a bit. Then let time do its magic. Because honestly, only time can heal a broken heart.
Give it some time. Try not to keep anything related to your ex. Keep it out of your sight. Meet new people , being open and talk about what hurts most and basically just try to live better than you were before
