one might say riley is the nicest out of the renori squad (pls kick me in the face for that stupid name it's just a combo of remy norah riley lol, i'll just use it in the app if i need to mention all three of them so it's shorter okay bye), but she does have her fair share of iness, must've caught it from her best friends. she's a cheerful, outgoing girl who seems really friendly but some people would argue she's fake and two faced. it isn't too far from the truth, but it's not because she is a bad person or something, but because, unlike the other two, she doesn't feel free to be direct and honest with the people she dislikes, so instead she pretends to be nice to them. if you thought norah was wild when she gets drunk, wait till you see riley; this loses it completely. she's pretty much shameless, not only when she's drunk. ("yo ryan when are we having that appointment" riley yells to ryan koo who's across the campus quad — "i'd let hoya lee put it in my any time." she says rather loud in the middle of a full we bean business) 
a lot of people tend to call riley norah's minion as she usually does what norah tells her to do and is always seen besides her, like you can rarely ever see riley alone. the thing is, she of course loves her best friend and loves spending a lot of time with her, but also she isn't a confrontational person while norah is, so as long as it's not bothering her personally, riley will go along with whatever norah says. riley can also be titled the xoxo gossip girl since she's always the first to find out anything that's going around and spread that like wildfire; the girl literally lives for the tea and drama. 
riley is the model, make up artist and organizer (when they have fashion shows) at kimchi couture. she is in a friends with benefits-type relationship with ya boy ryan koo. also, lives on campus and shares a room with [enter name here] whom she despises, so she sleeps over at remy and norah's place most of the time.

 

 

how do i put this nicely? remy is a . now, he is that , but he's also a mean , can you see what i'm trying to say? he is a fashion icon, a skinny legend, always serving looks, but he's also a rude hoe. compared to him, norah is an actual saint; he throws shade at everyone, is always moody af, calls everyone out even the nice people, looks for even the slightest flaws in others, like you have to be an actual god/goddess so that remy will think you're okay looking or a bearable person ("landon is so hot omf." "are you ting me? that ing mole on his face makes me wanna puke. it's a complete turn off." — "suzy is one of the rare nice people here." "umm, no? that bumped me in the shoulder when she was walking past me the other day and she didn't even apologize. can you believe what a hoe?" actual convos between norah and remy). which brings me to the point that he thinks he's walking perfection; the thing is he comes from a rich family and is an only child, so he's pretty much a spoiled brat who thinks too highly of himself. he is openly gay but was/is rarely, if ever, bullied for it as he looks (and is tbh) quite intimidating and always pulled the 'my dad's a lawyer' card. norah and him have known each other before ucm since they're both from long beach and actually met at a modeling audition when they were 16. they got close by talking about the other models and have been best friends ever since. the basis of their friendship is talking about and calling people out - and anything fashion related. he's an to everyone but norah and riley (tho riley often gets on his nerves and he would snap at her and roast the living hell out of her).
remy is a photographer, vice president and sometimes a model at kimchi couture dot com and is the self-proclaimed 'best photographer on campus'. also a secret weed dealer (he has other stuff as well); he has a trusted guy, simply known as ray, who everyone thinks is the actual dealer, but he gets his stuff from remy, because remy can't risk his reputation lol.
finds elijah han cute, but won't admit it, mostly because he doesn't know if elijah is gay (or bi).

 

 

landon is norah's boy toy, a friend with benefits if you will. the first time they hooked up was at a paphi party in her sophmore year, where she got super drunk after having a huge fight with her then-boyfriend. even though she was almost blackout drunk she swore to riley and remy that that was the best she ever had. she continued hooking up with landon on the regular and not too long after they actually became good friends; they wouldn't only do the deed when they're together but also hangout, go out for dinner, have some coffee, etc. they tried getting into a relationship at one point, but figured it wouldn't work because they both enjoyed the freedom - preferred not being tied to one person and being able to see other people, whenever, so they just kept on going with their 'friends with benefits' relationship. a lot of landon's friends call out norah and always tell him how they don't understand what he sees in her, but unlike others he gets to see the good in her, her non-y side if you will and he absolutely loves it.
remy is not landon's biggest fan; he is prone to calling him out, to his face even, as he hates all of the frat boys (tho kind of has a thing for elijah han), so landon tries to stay away from him as much as norah convinces him that 'he doesn't hate you, that's just how he is'.

 

 

a close friend of norah's. when kimchi co. had their first ever fashion show in freshman year they didn't have enough models, so renori were going around campus trying to find good looking people; norah stumbled upon hazel and thought she'd fit their theme perfectly. hazel was hesitant at first, but norah, being so pushy and manipulative, was able to make her accept the offer. the two got close while preparing for the fashion show due to their similar, yet to some extent different personalities. they especially bonded over their love for raves and festivals; they have to go together to every single one, no questions asked - after all they are the rave parents. hazel is practically norah's muse for kimchi co. and even though she isn't officially a part of the club, hazel often models for them.

 

 

wanting to make the kimchi co. website look more appealing, norah went to dvp to look for digitaly-gifted people. she stumbled upon eliza who almost immediately agreed to help her out. after sharing some of her ideas and having eliza bring them to life, norah took her dongsaeng out for some boba at milk sea as a 'thank you' for her work, where they bonded. norah never thought she'd be friends with someone so different from her, but it was honestly a breath of fresh air to have someone around with whom she doesn't around and gossip the whole time, but rather talk about more positive things. they aren't the bestest of friends, but they are close nevertheless. when both of them have some spare time on their hands, they go out for boba or for a stroll down the board walk with their respective lattes in hand.
