Just wanted to know

What you friends usually do, whenever you are angry.

A. Screaming / Yelling

B. Goes into silent mode till you calm down.

C. Eating ice cream or anything that helps you with anger or frustration.

D. Hurt yourself.

E. Hurt somebody else.

F. Destroying things / Throwing Tantrum.

G. Share it to someone how you feel.

H. Crying

B and D are my go-to's, unfortunately...cuz destroying things only means I'll have to pay for the damages later and I'm not exactly the type of person to express that I'm angry.
But normally, I think people just go for B and/or G.

For me,
A - Very very rare. That's when I'm too angry. Also my voice will go dangerously low and cold when I'm just very muchangry. I stare cold glares.

B - This is occasional. I probably roll my eyes a thousand times when I am in the room.

G - This is after the whole drama ends and I'm calm. I share things to people. I try to make them understand how I feel.

H - This happens whenever I feel wronged. I wouldn't cry if I defend a friend or family. I wouldn't cry for any other reason. But I'll immediately shed tears whenever I'm wronged. When I'm blamed for something I didn't do. When I'm embarrassed in front of people or teased brutally for no reason. I start to cry when I think it is unfair to me.

Personally, I do ABFGH. My tantrums are actually really really bad. I will burst mad. I almost broke a window one time because I was angry. So I consciously try not to get very mad or I will physically hurt someone.

i used to be like DEF ...... Now i just trap it in my mind unconciously and do B......

I have personally done both B, D, G and H but my friends usually do C to calm me down.
I'm just not sure if you're asking what my friends would do if I was angry or what I would do when I am angry?

I hope most people use G as that seems to be the most progressive but I think all are real responses to anger.
