PERSONALITY — Intelligent, dreamy, loyal; whiny, stubborn, unobservant
ELABORATION —
• Okay I know that intelligence isn't really a personality trait but hey, she IS smart. She's the kind of person to know the answers to all the random questions you just throw out. She's also known for tutoring many ppl in math and science and that kind of stuff at school. But she's also great at writing! She really likes to write, but because she's often too busy trying to think of new ideas, she can come off as flighty and dreamy, sometimes even straight-up idealistic. It makes her a great storyteller and popular with kids, but as she grows older, it becomes less of a good trait and more of a "why can't you be realistic" thing. We're going to take a huge turn here and say that she's extremely loyal to her friends and family. As long as you've earned her trust, she'll stick up for you no matter what. Sometimes, though, it's almost extreme, and she won't care who's right or wrong and support her friends and family, which isn't too great...
• Maybe it's because she's been sheltered so much, but Sooji tends to be whiny and selfish. If something doesn't go exactly her way, she'll be upset. If something's a little bit off than what she prefers, she'll be in a bad mood the rest of the day. SHe complains a LOT, and although she does feel bad about it sometimes, she doesn't know any other way to let out her emotions. On that, she's also stubborn as . Sure she's smart, but there's things that she doesn't know, but she's too prideful to admit that she doesn't know it (she also hates losing to other ppl). So when other ppl point out her faults or something wrong that she said, even if she knows they're right, she'll insist that she was right no matter what. Also, she tends to not notice things that go on around her. Most of it is because she's usually off daydreaming, but seriously, Sooji just doesn't really care what goes on in the world around her. The world could be burning up and she wouldn't notice. Hence, sometimes she can come off as blunt or mean or straight rude because she wasn't paying attention and made an offhand comment about something that someone else is really sensitive about.

BACKGROUND + CURRENT EVENTS —
• Sooji was born in Suwon. She has an older brother, Jiwoon, and an older sister, Yoonji. Her parents are both computer engineers so they're really busy. By the time Jiwoon was 9, Yoonji was 7 and Sooji was 5, so they were like "ah son, it's time for you to step up and take care of your sisters so we can go to work and earn more money". Jiwoon didn't mind, but it was still hard for a third grader to take care of both his sisters. Thankfully, Yoonji helped a lot, and Sooji was a good kid. But the only thing is, Jiwoon lowkey spoiled Sooji ;; I mean, the kid didn't know how to take care of crying kids, so he just tried to appease her as much as possible.
When Sooji was 9, the family relocated to Seoul because of their parents' jobs. Sooji was a pretty shy kid, and she didn't know anyone at her school, so she mostly stuck to Yoonji. But Yoonji made her own friends and didn't want her baby sister hanging around, so Sooji was pretty much alone ;; until she met one of her best friends to this day, Lee Sijin. Sijin was pretty much the opposite of Sooji: athletic, outgoing, a bit dumb. Surprisingly, they got along fine, and Sijin helped Sooji come out of her shell and meet new ppl and do more things.
Our story really starts in middle school, when she chose to take strings. Now, her parents weren't really music ppl, but they wanted her to choose violin. Sooji didn't know what she wanted to do, but when they were allowed to play with the instruments in class, she fell in love with the viola. Legit, who would want an E string when you could have a C? Her parents weren't... mad, per se, but a little disappointed lol. Otherwise, they didn't really care because hey it's her life. So anyway we're going to take another hairpin turn and go back to her family. Remember when I said the parents worked a lot? That still holds!! Jiwoon basically learned how to cook and do his sisters' hair until they could do it themselves, and obviously their relationship's a little more dependent of each other for company. Jiwoon practically raised his sisters, and likewise, Yoonji is a bit of a mom to Sooji, so they all get along really well.
Back to school life. Middle school was pretty uninteresting except for anime club LMAO. Sooji got into anime, and she tried to rearrange a lot of the OSTs for viola, except she lowkey couldn't ;; because she lacked theory knowledge.
Then suddenly it's high school!! SHe's still in the school orchestra, but then in junior year, she stress about college (what is she going to do about her 0 extracurriculars??), so Sijin helped her find PHYCO online, and desperate for something to help college apps, Sooji applied. It honestly didn't matter to her what it was, only that she had some experience and it was deffo help for college lol. (Oh btw at this point, Jiwoon and Yoonji have both graduated ;; so she's feeling alone and needs some more friends anyway)

DAILY ROUTINE —
• Jiwoon and Yoonji come back for the summer, so Sooji goes to bed at midnight and gets up at 10. She washes her face and stuff, and then they have brunch. Usually, Jiwoon or Yoonji will make it, but sometimes they'll all go out to a restaurant. After that, they'll all gather in someone's room (or the living room) to do summer work if they have any. The TV/Yoonji's death metal will be playing in the background, and Jiwoon will have his headphones on, but usually they'll be productive for like an hour before they start to goof off. Like Sooji will go on her phone, Yoonji will start singing along to her death metal, and Jiwoon will be on pinterest or smth LOL. If even one of them gets hungry, they'll all stop working and go make lunch. Again, sometimes they'll just go out to get fast food or smth. And so the day goes on LOL boring summer I guess?
RELATIONSHIPS —
• brother - Hyun Jiwoon (21) - college kid - patient, understanding - he practically raised Sooji ;; and he was always the one who would be willing to listen to Sooji complain about school or smth, and he'd try to help her with her problems like a true dadTM. But then he went off to college ;; majoring in computer too. (Fc: Teen Top's LJoe)
•sister - Hyun Yoonji (19) - college kid - fiery, brash - Yoonji was more of the tiger momTM and Sooji was lowkey scared of her. But Yoonji gave Sooji a lot of good advice from girl to girl, and now that she's off to college too, Sooji feels ALONE ;;; she majors in math. (Fc: Dreamcatcher's Yoohyeon)
•best friend - Kim Sijin (17) - high school kid - athletic, outgoing - she's been Sooji's best friend since elementary school, helping Sooji discover more of the world outside her little bubble. They're opposites but somehow manage to get along lol and they support each other as (like going to games and concerts). She plays badminton. (Fc: The Ark's Halla)
• THE GROUP - SO THIS IS RELALY RUSHED BECAUSE I NEED TO GO SOMEWHERE BUT IN ANY CASE I think it'd be nice if she bonded with some of the more outgoing members first, but then as the quieter ones show themselves, she becomes relaly close with like that one unassuming kid who's actually crazy or smth LOL
