► bohee stands at 160 cm and weighs 48 kg (with her official profile stating 162 cm & 48 kg), although she isn't skin and bones. she loves food a lot, her body just doesn't store it any where. bohee isn't one to work out, but from all the dancing she's had to partake in after becoming a trainee her body has taken a slightly natural toned muscle look to it. she perfers to keep her hair long, and usually her hair is bleached blonde after she decided to dye it on a whim and it actually looked great on her so she decided to keep it for a while. bohee has multiple ear piercings. she has three in each ear lobe and one cartilage piercing in her right ear, and a tragus piercing in her left.

► bohee is all about comfort; she likes to wear things that make her feel comfortable and confident. on a normal day she will wear shorts or skinny jeans with a t-shirt or a sweater; or a romper. occasionally, when she feels like dressing up, she'll wear a cute skirt or a dress. she normally wears converse or vans for her shoes, occasionally boots. she keeps her jewelry to a minimum, only wearing cute chokers to match her outfit of the day. bohee loves pastel colors, black, or anything plaid. while she's at home she'll wear sweat pants if she's cold, but other than that she would much rather just wear a long shirt with no pants. honestly, she hates wearing pants, which is why she prefers to wear shorts until it's too cold to bear it. - x.

► goo bohee is hard to explain in just one word. at first glance she looks like a normal, pretty girl, but a few seconds later she'll start making the weirdest faces and you wouldn't know it was the same person. she is extremely goofy and has a great sense of humor, going to any extent to make everyone around her laugh even if it means humiliating herself. she simply doesn't care, and would laugh at herself too. she's very confident who she is, not letting the negative words of others get to her. bohee is very friendly and outgoing by nature. she just wants to make friends and even if you don't like her she'll still act like you're her best friend. she is a very tough person inside and out. she'll let negative words roll off her shoulders and doesn't complain about getting hurt, something her clumsy self does very often. bohee is the type to trip over her own feet and then get back up instantly and laugh about it. bohee is also very adventurous. wanna go rock climbing? sure. sky diving? bohee's down. shot contest? count her in. play with an Ouija board or ghost hunting? definitely. she just likes to have fun and live her life to the fullest.

► 1996. bohee's parents lived a simple life with their only child at the time; jaehyun. her father owned a pork restaurant and worked as a part-time photographer and her mother worked at their restaurant. her parents were both very loving and caring people, and wanted a big family of their own. however, her mother was told she couldn't have any more children after her son, so they settled with what they had. that is until november 1996, when her mother went to the doctor about feeling fatigued every day and found out she was pregnant again. referring to bohee as the "miracle baby", her mother was told that if she went along with giving birth there might be complications, however, she pushed forward and looked positively at having another child.
► 1997. bohee was born on a sunny day in july 1997. however, as she took her first breath another took their last. her mother had died giving birth to her and it was then her father vowed to give his two children the best life he could.
►1998- 2011. growing up with a bother many years older than her, there was bound to be a lot of arguing in the goo household. her father raised her and jaehyun to his best ability and always managed to make ends meet even if it meant working late into the night. jaehyun had to stay home and watch bohee much to his disapproval. bohee spent hours following around her brother and eventually started playing the same video games and watching the same television shows he did. after realizing his sister was actually good at video games, jaehyun slowly wanted her to play along with him and eventually the two created a bond so strong that it can't be broke by anyone.
by the time bohee was in middle school, jaehyun had moved out to go to college in seoul to become a game developer. her father tried his best to pay for as much of jaehyun's college fees as he could, and it was around this time that bohee started feeling like a burden to her father. it was hard for her to take anything seriously as it was a defense mechanism created after knowing her mother died because of her and saw how it affected her father and brother. her father also hid his emotions behind a laugh, and bohee did the same. she knew life was too short to be so serious; any moment could be her last.
bohee didn't have any dreams or goals in her life, other than a desire to travel, and had decent grades. she had the intelligence but didn't have the drive to study or involve herself in any after school activities as she would rather go home and watch anime or play video games. as her friends were starting to figure out what they were going to do as an adult, bohee felt the pressure as she didn't excell in much. sure, she could become a game developer like her older brother, but that didn't sound as much fun as playing the games did. she liked to draw so maby she would choose some artistic field; but the stress of deadlines and not being able to draw whatever you wanted didn't sound that appealing to bohee. she kept going back to her desire to travel, but her family didn't have the funds for that. so what was the best way to travel and make money? become an idol.
as bohee was an active stan of beast and t-ara, she originally auditioned for both cube and core contents media. she ended up failing both auditions as she didn't have the voice both companies were looking for at the time. bohee heard from a friend that sunset entertainment was holding auditions soon, so on a whim, bohee auditioned and ended up passing as sunset thought she had the looks and unique personality of an actress.
►2011 - 2017. bohee moved to seoul upon becoming a sunset entertainment trainee and lived with her brother. her father helped pay as much of her training fees as he could help with as he was happy that she was doing something with her life. bohee also got a part time job at a cafe in seoul to pay off the rest of the training fees. bohee soon found herself actually falling in love with music and strived to become an idol instead of an actress like the company wanted, and for the first time in her life she had actual goals.

trainee years / 6 years & 5 months (march 2011 - august 2017)
► on a whim, bohee auditioned for sunset entertainment and on another whim from the company, she was accepted when she was 14 years old. her audition was very... unorthodox as she auditioned with the song "bo peep" by t-ara. as amusing as it was to watch, the judges scolded her for wasting their time. however, there was something endearing about the young girl and they decided to let her start over as they could see the potential in bohee; rather it be as an idol or as an actress, they knew she would be an asset to the company in some form. bohee then auditioned for the second time within a few minutes with the first song that came to her mind, "simple love" by mc mong and navi. although her personality and looks were what sold sunset entertainment, her vocals had an ear pleasing tone but she was far from perfect.
during her training years, bohee saw many trainees come and go. although, that isn't to say she had many actual friends. she met a few people she grew close with, but for the most part, bohee was her usual unapologetic self where the other trainees either loved or hated her. due to her long training period many other trainees thought bohee had no real future in the industry and said some harsh things to her, all which she took as fuel to work harder (bohee working hard? surprising what she can do when she actually wants something.)
when bohee was accepted into the company the original ideal was for her to become an actress as she was most suited for that category. however, being an actress didn't sound as amusing and adventurous as becoming an idol to bohee. her mind was set on being a singer, and despite taking all the acting classes forced upon her by the company, bohee pushed herself to also take rapping lessons as she generally enjoyed rapping, and of course dance as dancing was her weakest skill. she even ended up taking a few classes at a local dance studio to prove she was working hard. the longer she surrounded herself with music the more she fell in love with it. bohee started paying more attention to the actual music composition of songs and through her own obsession with the edm genre, she bought a audio mixer to play around with in her spare time and found out she was pretty decent at producing. (possibly working on songs for the group in the future to prove herself?)
