— despite her modeling background, she is widely known as a tomboy. the only time she would not put up a fight for wearing skirts and dresses is for work otherwise, she is in skinny jeans and a hoodie. even at school she would wear her gym pants under her uniform, which the other girls use to tease about until she got taller and wore them to feel comfortable as the skirts became shorter on her. when they aren't on camera, she rarely wears makeup something the manager always nagged her about. when practicing she is wearing joggers or active shorts with a loose tee, and comfortable tennis shoes.

jaein has always been a social butterfly, with her outgoing and friendly attitude it makes sense how she has a lot of friends. she will approach people first to befriend them, and isn't shy about talking to new people. when there is something wrong or a conflict, her brain starts churning to solve whatever is wrong. she always wants to fix what is broken, physically and emotionally. jaein prefers to know the facts rather than gossip when there is a problem. she looks for the facts in things and throughly checks them like asking the manager for that member's schedule or seeing if any fancams caught them doing something.
she thinks with her head instead of her heart, placing a reason behind everything she does. jaein may be logical but, she makes fairly irrational decisions. she buys things on impulse without thinking it through, once bought a giant stuffed bear and it just sat in their dorm. much like her life, her room is a mess as is her bag. she doesn't enjoy putting things away as she might need them later. she has selective memory and hearing, where she will only hear and remember what she deems important. something that gets her in trouble with the trainees all the time.
she likes to analyze everything, the other's emotions to their body langauge. she hates contradictions and illogical reasoning. she prefers to work alone on projects given to her, and has an strong concentration. once she starts something she has to finish it.
bckground. let's start from the beginning, Jaein was born into a loving family of four. Her mother, a New Zealand born Korean, and her father spent most of his life in Busan, SOuth Korea until moving to New Zealand to study. An older brother of 8 years and an older sister of 5 years. Making Jaein the baby of the Park family. She grew up distant from her older siblings while getting teased as she got older. Nothing more than sibling banter.
At the age of seven she began to listen music along side her sister's taste, such as alternative rock and random pop music. When she fell in love with Christina Aguilleria. Which sparked her love and interest in music. And to say her parents didn't notice would be a lie. Her father soon began taking her to singing lessons. She was introduced to modeling as a kid around this time, her parens wanting more for her. Her life was heading in a great direction until her twelvefth birthday, her mother fainted causing them to end their celebration early. Her mother passed on the way to the hospital, of an heart anuresm.
After mourning the loss of a mother and a wife, her father decided to move them back to his home country of South Korea, to be closer to his family. Her older brother not wanting to leave his sisters at a time like this, he moved with them. Jaein attending a korean school after they recieved their Korean citizenship. Thus began her years of falling for K=POP and Hip Hop.

Is what Jaen remembers as her introduction into BTS aka her soon to be mentors. As you would assume, her sister showed her 'Boy In Luv' and Jaein was mesmorised by their appeal and lyrics. When she found out about the open auditions for Big Hit Entertainment, she signedup. Grabbing her guitar she headed to the audition full of nerves. Well at least as many nerves a sixteen year-old could have.
After being accepted she continued living at home whie she attended practice and school. She had only recently move into the dormitory in December of 2017, the first time she was really away from her family.

ithe two were inseperable when she was little, after her mother's passing the two grew distant. The two still get along well, he is her number one fan. — I would probably end up a meme for crying so hard. I'm close with my siblings so, as soon as I hear or see them I would most likely start crying. I would probably catch them up on life behin the scenes and try to get them to talk about their lifes.

— Hmm. I feel like high notes have always been a weakness of mine mostly due to the fact I don't feel like my vocal range can reach them well. Rapping in English or slow paced songs that suit my voice are my strength.
