pray for me

I'm learning a lot about myself being alone, and doing what I'm doing.
 

Of course, I would be depressed sometimes, and my Mom would be worried about me because I would just sleep to escape.

You sound exactly me. I am in the same situation now . And sleeping is the only escape. I hope you'd be better.

Maybe you can try to find away to channel / express your feeling ? Like writting , drawing, dancing , singing or even sports. Yoga, swimming are good for relaxing . You can also talk / share your burden to your friend or anyone who you can trust. Besides that, if you need , you can always seek help from social support group , visit the therapist, Phychiatrist , counselor and etc. Please know that you're not alone. Our community in here is very kind and helpful too , so if you need someone to talk too , I'm sure there will be people willing to listen and provide you with some moral support. I hope that you'll feel better soon. Don't give in to negativity . Never give up . It's a battle between yourself . It's not easy , but nothing is impossible. Try to make yourself happy by doing things that you enjoyed doing, read some motivation / positive quotes to boost your self esteem , and basically just invest in yourself. Go for a walk at the park , go swim at the beach , go buy yourself some nice food , smell the fresh air, get some sun , feel the wind , smell the flowers , watch the sunset / rise and just try to see the beauty that the world has to offer . Being close to nature helps you to find your momentum and make you feel calm. Learn to accept yourself for who you are , love and be kind to yourself. Try find a goal / aim in life. When you have a purposed , it makes you have a reason to look forward too . Take your time to heal. Give yourself all the space , time and chances that you need. I find that helping others too will help to boost self esteem , and make you feel more accomplished. So maybe you can try volunteer at the animal shelter if you like animals and etc .. Hey there, you're not alone. Ever. There are many people that are feeling the same way as you. Try reaching out to someone. I find lots of people go through this, too. I wouldn't say being alone is a bad thing, but it isn't good if being alone makes you sad.

I use to sleep to escape. Then I started writing fan fiction to help my stress and depression. Now I just pour my emotions into that. I will pray for you, whatever it is you're going through that it gets better. Maybe you can try what I did, not with writing if you don't want, but with any kind of hobby or thing you're passionate about, (anything that doesn't hurt you or anyone else in a negative way that is) and focus on having those small things help make you happy.
