My 6-month contract is about to end. I don't know if my employer will hire me as a regular employee. I always fight with my Boss' dad. Yes, you read it right. There's no day that both of us aren't fighting. He's 68 years old already. He's kinda annoying though. Sometimes, he's okay. Sometimes, he's not. Fighting with him became a normal thing now. He also fights with other employees. 

I work in a distributor company. I just hope that I'll be a regular employee since it's really hard to find a job nowadays.
