Athletic and courageous: Else always really loved sports, really, really loved sports. She's always trying to fire everyone up to get their daily dose of movement and whenever someone mentions any sport (except horseback riding), she'll gasp and say she loves the sport. She also dares to take risks and do things other people don't dare to do. She doesn't seem to have any fears. She actually has, but she just faces them like a boss. She is just a boss. She is the fire of Beau entertainment.

Caring but quiet: Else isn't only the father of the group because she's the tough one, but also because she really takes care of the kids. She is the kind of person that doesn't speak when she doesn't deem it necessary, but when her help is needed, she will comfort her other members with cuddles, head pats and caring words. Again, not a girl of many words, but when she speaks, it's like she has healing powers.

"Hating on my girls? Do you want a free ticket to the hospital maybe?"

Aggressive and tough: She's a strong one, a damn strong one. Do not mess with this little girl, especially about her height. She will fight, and kick . She might appear like a cute and innocent girl, but nothing is true about that. She gets triggered so easily that people have to really watch their words around her or they'll get a fist straight up in the face. Of course she's softer against her good friends and fellow members (and extra tough against Lei), but when you touch her children, you'll be dead meat.

Blunt and hot-headed: With her aggressive nature, Else gets irritated really easily. She'll either be fine and be able to hide it away, or completely go berserk. She's also brutally honest and often blurts out thoughts that were supposed to stay in her head. Sometimes offending people, but her close friends know that it's just her, and that she loves her friends for whoever they are. The biggest victim of her brutal honesty is of course Beau's potato bag, Lei. Boy never gets a rest from her disses.

Indecisive: Never let this girl make decisions. Never. Because she just can't decide. It happens with small things like deciding what ice cream flavor to get, or big, important choices, she will doubt for way too long. She often comes running right before the deadline because she lost too much time deciding.

background  Else was born in Norway as the oldest child of a mixed race family. She was a lovely girl, a sweet girl who was very protective over her younger brother, who was her world. In Norway, she was perfectly fine, happy and welcomed in the school no matter what, yes, she was mixed race, but was that a bad thing? No. In 2005 though, Else and her family moved to Korea. Her parents decided to do that for no particular reason, just, they felt like it, and wanted to let their children have a taste of the country their mom came from. It all changed for Else and her brother. In Korea, it suddenly wasn't okay to be mixed race anymore. She and her brother were mocked by the other children of their school, many of them, but not all. Else was very protective over her little brother, and she grew into a tough and fiery girl over the years of middle school, when she got mocked. There was one boy in particular though, one that didn't want to mock her, one who wanted to befriend her. An adorable little boy with ears like a monkey and a smile that brought sunshine. Lee Changsun. He had a fascination for dancing and wanted to become an idol. He dragged Else into the world of kpop with groups like Super Junior and 2pm. He was her buddy, her best friend.

They still went to the same high school, where Else and later on her brother didn't get mocked anymore, but afterwards they had to separate. Changsun wanted to attend a dance college. Else herself didn't really have a dream, so she just went to take a degree in mathematics, which she did well, but didn't really like. Her parents never allowed her to become athlete, but it was the only thing she was interested in asides from kpop. Suddenly, Changsun came running to her, saying that he wanted to become a trainee to debut. It was 2015. Else tagged along, to choeun entertainment, only home to 24K. While Changsun got accepted to the company, the staff asked Else to do audition as well. She didn't have much to show at all, but at least she was on tune. Luckily Changsun had teached her a dance not long before. Else knows that it was purely for her visuals that she got in, but she was happy. She finally had a dream to chase after. She was determined to fight her way through and debut. Choeun had a few female trainees, and was planning to debut a girl group. They decided to send out Else for produce 101 to grab some attention for the group at least. Else's first taste of the stage. Her shoe actually flew off on the first stage, making up for one of the iconic moments of the first season. She ended up getting a good edit with her caring personality and rose from somewhere below first elimination cutoff to #23, where her journey ended, the first one to not make it to the finals. But she was proud of herself, and everyone was proud of her. But she came back to bad news.

All the other female trainees left the company after their obvious favouritism towards Else. They weren't able to debut her anymore, and adviced her to look for another company that had better opportunities for her. Else felt really guilty for the other trainees, but she never heard from them again, and after a break of a few months, she auditioned for Beau entertainment in late 2016. It was actually Changsun's debut that made her want to go audition again. Her first target was Beau entertainment, and the staff loved her. She got another chance to debut. When Dokidoki got announced, she had mixed thoughts. She was happy to be able to showcase herself, but she was afraid that she would never debut and her dream would never come true.

She was sent on produce 101 on her own while she was the worst skilled and most recently recruited trainee. When she returned from the show, all the other trainees had left. Else was pretty pissed at Choeun's bull, and they said they couldn't debut her anymore, so she left as well. She took a bit of a break before auditioning for Beau. She worked harder this time to make sure she debuts for a reason, and not only because of her looks. She got to know the female trainees very well this time, and her experience in Beau was way better.

love story  Actually, they only recently met (like right now, late february 2018, or maybe even later, might be put in the story). Lei didn't really get to know the female trainees before, and he kinda stayed away from them. But recently he watched RGP because of the idolm@ster, and The unit because of RGP, and produce 101 because of The Unit. And guess who became his pick? Yes, it was Else. That dumb didn't even notice that she was actually his labelmate. Until she actually came to scold him when he was being lazy in the training room. Lei was so shook that the only thing he could mutter was 'a-are you... Else Baglien?' and he got answered by a flick on the forehead. How could this boy be so stupid. Else absolutely hated him, he was a lazy weeb, and if there is something that she doesn't like, it's lazy weebs. Also he is like the opposite of her ideal type, Taecyeon. But Lei was seriously starstruck, Else was even prettier in real life. The more she came to scold him, drag him out of his chair and replacing his snacks with healthy ones, Lei started to like her more. She could step on him, and he would ask her to do it again.

Else just kept trying to make him more active, but it didn't have as much progress as she hoped. People around her started to wonder why she cared so much, and it was the start of suspicions. She started to get softer on him at moments as well, instead of dragging him out of his chair she would just be calmly feeding him baby carrots or something to make sure he eats well and healthy. And by that she got a sneak peek of his favourite anime, and now she sticks around secretly just to watch that anime. Others think that it's because she likes him, but nooo that's not true at all. For now.
interactions  Most of their interactions consist of Else scolding, dragging or feeding Lei, while he just lets it all happen cause he likes her so much. He can't even properly talk in front of her while he can be all smooth and in front of other girls. They are opposites, so it is a pretty rocky relationship, but both like the change in their lives, Lei likes it openly, Else likes it secretly. He's a cute little bab, you know. A pain, but a bab.
