Writing Schedule: Plans thru March

Three months later means it's time for an update!

 

What I proposed last time:

 

  • October - Mythology fic + WTNS (Ch 8-9) + I’m Into You (Ch 2) + Kaisoommer fic reveal

  • November - WTNS (Ch 10-11) + I’m Into You (Ch 3)

  • December - WTNS (Ch 12-13, completed?) + I’m Into You (Ch 4) + Kaifectionery fic

 

What happened:

 

Proposed for the next few months:

  • January - Kaifectionery fic (will be published + revealed) + Kaisoo Day oneshot + I'm Into You (Ch 4) + WTNS (Ch 13)
  • February - WTNS (Ch 14... & 15? completed?) + I'm Into You (Ch 5; completed? wouldn't be surprised if we needed a Ch 6, though)
  • March - Signal Lost (& Found) epilogue + Sometimes, Legends Lie epilogue + Orbiting Bodies (Ch 15)

 

So... I'm exhausted. I had 6 things (if you count my unplanned drabbles) come out in October, 6 things in November. December has ended up being quiet and my only month I was 'behind' on my schedule bc of a) exhaustion, and b) Kaifectionery postponed their schedule to January. I've actually still been working really hard on my writing in December (Kaifectionery was still finished mid-Dec on time before the postponement, I'm writing for a special Kaisoo day oneshot), but sorry it doesn't really show yet.

 

I need to breathe, so I'm trying not to plan too much for the future months. Even though it still says I'm doing 3-4 releases per month. (WTF, I thought I was truly scaling back...) Bottom line: I will finish What the Nightingale Spies before the end of March and I'm Into You, too (probably). And then I'm not planning on starting any new aus or joining any new fests - I just want circle back to writing the epilogues I've promised for fest fics that received a lot of love & interest. <3

 

I might start a Drabble Dump as a separate fic here on AFF to post the stuff I've only been putting on Twitter/Tumblr (which means they're really true drabbles, <1k words and often <500). Follow me on those sites if you want more Kaisoo shipping <3
