HELP ME!

Okay! First, I need to loss weight! Seriously! I gained weight too much lately. Even, My Boyfriend also told me that I gained weight and I really don't like that. Well, he is a muscular type but I am not, so I really need to loss weight. I don't want people to label me as fat. It is okay with chubby but not fat... Can anyone help me with diet... tell me what should i eat in order to loss weight. 

 

Second... Well, this is about a boy in my class. He is so nice and sweet. At first, i labeled of him as a sweet gentleman since he is so nice to me. He always smile and greet me wherever we meet. I did not really mind since I also love to have as many friend as I can. But, as time flies by... he kind of hinting me that he likes me. There was a day that I was sick and could not attend class, he came to my dorm and gives me medicine and food. Then, we starts to get close with each other. He is the type that love to do skinship with me, but I don't really like it since sometimes it went overboard. My Boyfriend also don't like it since he is a jealous type. 

There was a time he whatsapp me on night out of blue and said that he miss me even we just met on the same day in class. He comes to my dorm building to meet his friend, but end up calling me to hang out with him. I could see the hint that he is trying to hit on me, but I am trying hrd not to show any response to that, but day by dah, he is getting bolder and more brave with his move. 

I don't know what should I do since I want to be his friend but I don't want to give him a false hope.... I also worried since my boyfriend already talk about him for couple of times. I don't want to get in fight  with my boyfriend because of that boy... Help me please...

Exercise and eat more vegetables also you must have a proper conversation and clarify that you already have a boyfriend and you just see him as a friend and no more touchy touchy stuff get it together bro!

If you have a boyfriend who makes you happy and loves you then turn strongly turn down the other guy. Boys are dumb and can't take hints. That'll make your bf more secure in the relationship and keep unwanted trouble away. Good luck!

For losing fat, you need to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, and eat as much veggies as possible. Oils, rice, and dairy are not good as for weight loss. Even fruits contain natural sugars, so too much, is also bad.

For keeping fit, try to exercise somewhat early in the morning to start the day. It’s somewhat a basic thing to me. You don’t have to exercise every single day. Just one day, during weekend or weekday (up to you), exercise by lightly skipping, hopping, small jogs or light stretching for an hour. You can play sport too, no matter indoors or outdoors. Your choice. Don’t exert yourself. You can start eating healthy diets like fruits or vegetables. Mostly for me, I eat bananas, honeydews and apples ‘cuz I hate vegetables. And try not to eat too much grains of rice and meats. It’s okay to eat them but don’t over exaggerate much on food unless you’re an athlete.

For the second one, confront him. Tell him honestly about how you feel regarding to this matter and don’t waver. Stand strong and face forward, never avoid eye contact with him. Tell him you’re serious about your decision. Tell him “it’s okay to be friends but I can’t be more than friends with you because I have my own man to look out for.” Tell him you’ve appreciated him and his help and that you’re willing to be his friend, not more than that. I’m sure it’ll work it out.

Unnie i suggest to lessen your carbs like breads and rice then small portion of meal in dinner this eating habit i used to lose my weight....

For the first one also I was so fat but I lose weight just bcs is the stress of school but I think if u want to lose just try not to eat so much also drink green tae it will help
For the second one try not to talk so much with him keep distances with him anyway good luck

I'm trying to lose weight,too, so I'm not really a good adviser to that, but as for the gentleman. I think you should just directly talk to him and tell him your feelings.

Well for the first one you need to do some kind of cardio sport.personally I walk one hour everyday since I go to school by foot four times a day.jumping rope is ideal too if you want.and for the diet don't strain yourself too much,it's okay to eat some sweets every once in a while,but you have to lessen the amount of food you eat per meal,and preferably don't eat dinner or replace it with some plain yogurt.
As for that guy,it's easy,just tell him that you have a boyfriend.good luck!!

You need to be honest with your boyfriend and tell the guy to back off cause you already have boyfriends. If I were you I will not be comfortable with his skinship knowing that I have boyfriend

About the first., It's kind of difficult in this season no? . Just try to lessen sugar and forget for a month rice and potatos . I've to loose weight too but I'm gonna wait until next week.
