Remember.

To those who are feeling they are weak at times, please remember you are not alone. There are someone around you who's stronger and will be more than willing to be a shoulder to cry on. It's okay to rant, it's okay to just stay there wanting company, anything is welcome and we will not judge nor force you to say anything if you don't want to. Sharing is better, objectively. It is also psychologically more effective in lightening your burden. If it doesn't apply to you now, it's completely okay. Take your time, the slowest as you can, but please, please share when you are ready. Do not keep everything to yourself thinking you've got this. It's hard to say this, but just because you can handle this alone now, it doesn't mean it will be the same the next few years to come. piles up if you don't release them little by little. Be selfish, ask for help as soon as it gets unbearable. Quickly dismiss those who look down on it and find another person (it might not be easy so always go for those you've known longest or the ones you absolutely trust). Think of your own wellbeing above anything else in this matter. You will soon find that there are people who also thinks of your wellbeing above anything else.

I've got nothing to say....most people in my life like to pretend that its not their, so I cope, but for others...when they reach their breaking point its devastating.

But what happens when u tried asking for help but it gets dismissed? Eventually ppl gets tired of trying to let their voice be heard. Maybe thats how Jonghyun felt.
