My 'big' change is finally here

It's funny writing this blog. I don't expect many comments at this point but I do like writing down my thoughts so yeah. Things have been really strange lately.

Let's recap my last year.

I left Hungary and stayed in Scotland for 5 months..Fell in love with the wrong guy and ended up being a live in nanny in Italy just a few months after. Right as that happened I started writing professionally and now I run my own mini business (...okay it IS on a big freelancing site but still) and I am fairly popular for a newbie.

I had a rough summer where I worked 12 hours a day but survived..Came to Rome where I currently live and started an English teaching school.

And now if things go the way they should... I'm going to teach in China next March. It's really strange to think of this as my big adventure since I've been on the go, constantly moving and travelling since last July. And ye I'm so praying that everything works out (I'm doing the interviews now and they seem to be going fine so it's 90%) I'm going.

I wish I could say I can write fanfics as well but I'm currently super busy with work so it'll have to wait till I go on vacation from.freelancing in a few weeks.

On another note :

I am getting bored of pasta. I eat meat for dinner every day (more or less) but even this way I eat too much pasta. Help.

(pizza as well but I'm not too bothered with that :D)

try mixing up your diet then by getting rid of carbs/low carbs. living in Rome might make it hard but doing it is so good for you. i lost 26kg going on a low carb diet and am continuing to lose weight but maintaining that diet.
my biggest change was incorporating not home cooked meals and adding veg and salad.
most of my salad go like this;
with lettuce (not iceberg lettuce, those lettuces won't help) oak or cos lettuce is good. Adding in arugula, spinach for good iron, throw on some red onion, carrot, corn, beetroot, feta, cucumber, halloumi, tomato. all great things for your body. if you want hot and cold salad mixed, add in snow and snap peas, beans, broccoli and asparagus on top. with a side of chicken (note the chicken is called a side, not main). i usually bake my chicken smothered in garlic XD or Moroccan spice. lately, i've been trying to include organic honey into my life. i use 1/3 honey, 1/4 dijon mustard, 2 cloves garlic, salt, pepper and 2 tbs olive oil (mix that all together and marinate chicken as i only eat chicken now no other meat) and leave that in the fridge for a few hours and bake it.

you can do salad for lunch or dinner. if you want to still eat some carbs for dinner eating brown rice with quinoa is very yummy (coming from a picky eater!) and making up a chicken yellow curry. gives it a nice spice and you can add in corn, peas, onion, beans, 3 mixes of baby capsicum to still get your veg in.
for snack, i've been introduced lately to hummus and puffed rice cake. you can only eat 20g for 1 serving so you have to scale it out, but its really nice. or if you can't find puffed rice cake, just Sakata crackers will do. low carb yet satisfying. you can have yoghurt too, but read the back of the package to make sure it's under 9g of sugar! some yoghurts have up to 22g of sugar!
for breakfast, its a little carby with rye bread. its new to me im still getting used to it but it's filling and tastes not too different from normal bread. or oats (what im eating now) little traditional (not flavoured eg blueberry, banana, honey) packets do fantastic. you can add in blueberries after you've made it, but the premade berry ones have way too many preservatives and sugars.
