how to be passionate with your work?

so i've been working at this company for more than a year. the money is good and the environment is nice. but i'm constantly exhausted and bored every day. tried to take few days off to clear my mind and it worked for some time, but then i got tired again. i don't know why, but i'm just sick of it. is it because everything is too perfect? but i'm supposed to be grateful though? is it me and my social anxiety? or is it because this job is nothing close to my passion and dream? but if i choose to chase my dream, then i need to make money first. and this job is the only way to get enough money for my life. ugh, i honestly don't know what's wrong with me anymore. how do you guys do this or keep up with this?

You should be careful, monotony can make you do mistakes. You are happy you have such a job.

instead of trying to force yourself to like your current job when you obviously don't, try treating the job as a tool to get you to where you want to be. this worked particularly well for me whenever i run long distances for sports training - i really don't like running in a straight line for miles on end but if i can focus on the fact that it'll boost my endurance when i engage in sports that i do like i find that it makes running more tolerable

if all else fails, you can always start searching for a more enjoyable job that still gets you the money you need while you're working your current one
