Sup friends, power peeps, and AFF dudes! YUM aka Lyn or V here bringing to you a new blog post about Discord.

For those of you who don't know, Discord is a voice and text chat (kinda like Skpye but better >.>) that was made to make communication between gamer pals much more easier and nicer while gaming together and stuff. But, although it's purpose was to be for the gaming community, it has expanded to be useful for all other types of stuff. For example, KPOP servers dedicated to specific groups and whatnot (which I happen to be a part of seven of them, one being the main index and the other six for my favorite boy and girl groups, and it's always a swell time in them) that's besides the point though. What I am getting at here is that, I find Discord to be a really wonderful thing and it is really nice to just hope on and chat it up with my online pals and aquantinces with ease.

So, with that in mind, actually getting the idea a long while ago, I thought it would be really cool to start my on Discord server that would be dedicated to AFF related things and interactions. Like a place where I along with many of you peeps if you were interested, could come together to discuss and topic about fanfic things. Meeting up with other authors and readers, coming together to work on stories, maybe if you have a mic at home, you and a bunch of others can come together to read a fic, and you can help eath other out with stories and whatnot. Basically all the things peeps tend to already do on here, or on other places like Kalkoa Talk and whatnot. Just another platform for more and better communication I feel.

Like I said, I thought about this a long time ago already, but after thinking about it, decide against it because I didn't want to take away from like, AFF or make it so that peeps wouldn't maybe be as active on here, and things like that, and the idea was dropped.

But then, after a few months, I had seen someone bring up Discord in a discussion post about a server they made and if anyone else would like to join, and that got me going on the idea again. That was like a few months ago, and now, thinking about it again, I think I'd like to give it a try once more! But only if there is some good interest in it.

Which is what I'm here to ask of you all today! As you can already see by the title, I want to know, just about how many of you would probably be interested in joining my AFF dedicated Discord serve if I were to make one?

I've never made a server before, so this would be the first, and I'd most likely need some help running it to to make sure things are nice and friendly and nobody comes in acting too wild lol (it would be okay to be a bit wild tho) so I would ask to mod some peeps (mostly my friends on here who I know well as in interact with the most and are active with me and stuff). Also, I'm not completely too sure on all the tyes of chats I would need to creat, so, suggestions on that would be nice (aka, making a channel for writing, reading, etc.)

So, what do you all think and say? Would any of you be up for it? We could all work together to make it awesome and potentially turn it into an epic place!

P.S. In potentially making this, I don't mean to make it as an offical one (unless that is what some of you might want) but my intentions are to just have, like I said, another cool platform for AFF peeps to meet and hangout. Really, if anything, I just wanted to have a place like this for myself as well to meet up with some of you peeps, and chillax AFF grouping just made by some random user.
