Hello everyone. Today I am here to discuss something serious that people usually don't take into account. Most actually only see plagiarism as something you can only do with text, but here I am proving that it can be done with graphics too. As it has been done to me today. Let me start my story.

I am a graphic designer, not the best actually, but I try my best for sure. I am also the owner of a graphic shop called Cake By The Ocean, which isn't too famous and I personally am not a famous graphic designer too. But that does not mean that I don't care about my requests.

A month back someone(who I prefer not to mention the name of) had requested a graphic from my graphic shop. Not from me or my co-worker(Infinexx) in particular, but he/she said any of us could make it. Seeing that my co-worker is my sister and knowing that she was very busy with school at that time I took up the request and did it myself. I might not be the best graphic designer, but I can guarantee to you that I work very hard on all my requests and try my best on them. But, they took advantage of my kindness and only used the graphic for a few days. When it say CLEARLY SAYS ON MY RULES that you HAVE to use the graphic for at least 3 MONTHS before you can dispose of it. And that's not exactly what bothers me honestly, its the fact that they got the graphic that I worked REALLY hard on and used it for like I am not even sure how long. And then, you know what they did?! he/she literally plagiarized my entire graphic and remade it using my ideas. If they wanted a different title later for the story, the they could've asked me. I would've just changed the typo on my graphic. Or he/she could've requested from another designer and came to me and asked me to request from someone else early since he/she had a good reason. But just remaking my idea is straight plagiarizing. It's as bad as coping lines from someones story and using their hard work to your own. Our graphics might have different color schemes, but he/she clearly copied my idea of the different diamond shapes and putting the characters in them.

They have now changed the title of their story, yet the link they gave me still leads back to the specific story. Here is the graphic I made for them, it is eve up as a chapter on my graphic shop.

You might not think that they plagiarized me, yet please do note that aside from the colors, everything is the same. The diamonds are the same size as mine, the graphic is the same size as mine, and the placement(aside from Chanyeol and Jungkook who have been switched around on theirs). I want to detailily mention that our rows are also the same. If you look at Suga's diamond on my graphic, it is a little far from Sehun's diamond, and their graphic does the same exact thing! It's pissing me off! All the diamonds are placed in the exact same place!

I have reported this person and if you'd like to, go ahead and do this too. I know it doesn't look like that big of a deal, but it is. I put my own HARD WORK into this and they disrespected me. I have nothing else to say and have a good one.
