Two reasons.

One, I don't like Solicitors calling you because you wonder How did they get our phone number? Plus,it's annoying to have the solicitors to call you every second of the hour. The only reason I have my phone on is my phone alarm clock and my family,my friends,or work to call me or I call them.  It's not a good idea to have Solicitors to call you every single hour and day. You want to turn off you're phone but,you can't because you have your family,your friends,or your work to call you or you call them.

Two,I don't like how people wait at the last minute and telling you, Oh i'm having a party for this or that. Or can you sleep over or not? I would say planned ahead of time before you wait at the last minute revealing this or that. I just don't want to wait at the last minute of the day or week when he or she tells me this or that. Planned ahead of time it works for your schedule. If your friends wait at the last minute to tell you that they are having a party or other things just say no. And ask them to planned ahead of time before anything.
