Where Have I Been?

I been having a hard time writing fanfiction. I kept having writers block. Every single time when I start to type a chapter for the fanfic. I go blank when it comes to typing. I have; great ideas for the chapters. But, nothing wont come together when I type it out for the chapter. Is that just me? Or is it hard to type a new fanfic about another person? Plus, I can't type a fanfic about one of my favorite bias because he is now taken. I feel confuse and lost.
