NU'EST W's Where You At!!

It's really rare that a song sticks in my head after the first few listens, not even BTS's songs can do this to me. It's knid of a shortcoming for me, that melodies cannot stick in my head in a day, even the hook. It took me 3 days for DNA to stuck, yet for Where You At, it only took me 5 listens.

(Needless to say, if you have piano exams you'll know, that this really when you're having the aural test, where you have to listen to a short melody and sing it out later after 2 listens... I couldn't do that every time. A real pain in the . Good thing I have perfect pitch and it saved me.)

Yeah, back to the topic. Where You At is such a nice song. Jonghyun sang the opening lines. (Does he usually sing? I'm not actually a LOVE omg sorry). And Minki's voice is angelic. Aron took up the most lines (according to line distribution videos), and DONGHO'S LINES ARE SO FULL OF IMPACT. He literally sings an octave above everyone else, ALL THE TIME. It's his "where you at" and the beat drop that got stuck in my head.

I'm so happy that they're getting all the recognization they deserve this time. I remember when I first got into Kpop, I liked Face a lot since it reflected my school life back then (it's much better now). So, yeah, I actually knew their existance. When 4 of the members participated in Produce 101 I was literally shocked because didn't they debuted like 5 years ago? And didn't they just come back like last year?

And apparently THEY HAVEN'T HAD THEIR FIRST WIN YET???

Literally WHAT????????? This makes no sense??? I hope I'm mistaken, but I made a quick search on Youtube and nothing came up. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!

This time, they better get their well deserved win already, and I believe they actually can this time, even if I'm sad that Minhyun couldn't share that moment with them. Actually, I'm happy that everyone is walking on the flower path. I just wish everyone do well.
