Should I cover them??

I have a 3 sets of books. First, the harry potter from book 1 to book 7. Second, The hunger games, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians.

All of them are boxed sets and I need an advise if I should cover them with the plastic cover or not?

Covering them with the Plastic Cover

Pros:

My babies' (books') cover can be protected from water and scratches~\(≧▽≦)/~

Cons:

They might not fit their boxes and I wouldn't be able to feel the textures of their cover 〒_〒

I think you shouldn't cover them. I mean they're boxed sets and they look super good with the box so it would be a pity if they can't fit in the boxes anymore after being covered. If you're afraid for them to get scratches or water, you should try to be careful when reading it I think ??
But that's just my opinion, I mean I love to put things back in the box to make them look good lmao
