aff functions

can somebody tell me how i can remove this "extra karma points for commenting" on my storys?

i feel kinda pissed about that because i don't want people to comment because there are extra karma points

maybe i'm overreacting but i want people to comment on a story because they like it and not because there is extra karma.

you can't remove it.
it will automatically go away once you have a steady comment to word count ratio.
i don't like it as well; it's on my own story as well, but i guess jason made it so that undiscovered stories can get more readers.
i'd personally rather get my own comments, without the incentive for an extra comment bonus. it's a bit like being pitied, and i don't like that, but i can't do anything about it.
i feel you, though, i want people to comment bc they like my fic and not bc of the extra karma.

I'm not sure but I think it goes away once there is a proportional amount of comment to how much you have written
