Why do they afraid of making mistake?

I work in a group for an assignment. We need to make a presentation. Well, the group has been decided, I can't choose and the member of this group is too perfectionist. Most of them really want to get an A in every single thing and have no tolerate of mistakes. And I am totally the opposite of it. For me, making mistakes isn't something bad, we are in univ to learn and by making mistakes , it makes us learn. I'm not comfortable with them and they keep pressuring me and here I am, pouring my heart out here. I think everyone has ever been here too, right? We gotta survive, right? Yeah.. Everything will pass.. I'm sure about that..

Everything have its pros and cons. Since they are prefectionist and overachiever at least you dont have to worry about having team members who decided to run away from responsiblities ... However I agree that its okay to do some mistake when you have already given your very best . No one is perfect. If the team decided to tell or correct your mistake politely , take the time to explain things to you nicely then its still fine .. However if they dont and are only pestering and pressuring you to be on the same level as them , that can be alittle ignorant and selfish. Team work means working together. Everyone in the group need to be more understanding towards each other. Practised tolerance. Give and take.. Hopefully things get better for you. If you really cant stand it anymore , try talk to them and tell them your honest feeling. After all no one wants to fail no one wants to get a bad grade right.. Everyone have the same aim just maybe different level of approach and prosecuting . Stay strong you can do it.
